After payment I got the Information that the transfer between Ferry Port and Airport is not available, because they only offer a Hotel Transfer.

Excellent service, we actually booked arrival and departure and got a private taxi when we arrived with a nice driver, and I private minibus back to airport where there was another rep waiting to walk us through the booking pass machine and where to go. They also arranged a resort rep for us Noi who came to our hotel to inform us of trips we could take and answer any questions we had. She was really nice and never pushy. Great service all round from this company.

a brilliant service , the company emailed my hotel the day before departure to confirm pick up time
on the day of departure I was the only passenger , my driver was on time , very friendly and helpful with luggage

Sehr gut und zuverlässig. VDer Flieger habe über 1 Stunde Verspätung trotzdem hat der Fahrer gewartet .

Grundsätzlich toller Service, ich würde mir allerdings wünschen, dass die Abholzeit im Hotel früher mitgeteilt wird. Ich bekam sie erst nach mehrmaligen hinterher telefonieren. E Mails wurden garnicht beantwortet...

オフシーズンという事もあって貸し切り状態でしたし、空港到着時にバトンタッチでエアライン受付まで案内頂き、無事チェックイン後、次の行き方まで案内して頂き、とても丁寧な対応をして頂きました。
