Please please please . . . Read all the reviews. This was a HORRIBLE experience. We were picked up 30 minutes after our schedule, however that was not the worst of it. When trying to catch the speedboat back from the party to Koh Samui, we encountered the most unorganized & unprofessional service. We waited 2 1/2 hours to get on a boat and came across people who had waited over 3 hours. The workers were not helpful at all. One person would tell us to wait on a certain line, but when the boat would dock at the pier, another worker would shepherd a large group right past you, filling up the boat and leaving you trying to figure out what line to stand in next. Numerous fights nearly broke out, some workers "joked" that we were going to have to "swim" back. Do yourself a favor, if you are going to the Full Moon Party, just spend the extra money and get a place on the island, do not try to use this service.

We truly understand for the waiting time for the transportation of full moon party that may take longer than your expectation that why we informed all the customers with this regard before the traveling date.
Please allow us to make the clarification information, as of the departure time can not specify and must be under queue management.
We give a small card in different color at the pier for the customers to get avoid from skipping the line, so if you see others go before you that maybe they come to wait before your time. Also, please make sure that you go to wait at the right boat company because there are others at the same pier area.
From our side, we will make a better coordination with the team to support the better service to our further customers.

The start of the experience was good, but the return was absolutely atrocious. So disorganized! Boats come back every hour but who’s who. There are so many transport boats going back and forth and they are all different companies.
Theres nothing clearly marked at the dock for the service you use. You get on a boat, they kick you off due to you using the wrong boat. Waited 2 hours and had to pay a guy just to let us on their boat and to top it off, we had to get our own taxi. Don’t use Viator for this event!

Full Moon Party, we send the messages to our customers to let them know that on the way back can be a long line waiting due to it is the open ticket that everyone can come back as the same time.
For the boat companies, we give the hanging ticket once checking in at the pier and it's mentioned the boat company on it, so on the way back you just show up and check the name of boat company before getting into the boat.
We are pretty sure that we give all the clear information before starting the trip and select the trust company that take care of the customers, however please understand the situation of the party that it is difficult to control all many people drinking.

Great pick up but utter farce getting back organised chaos at boat quing and no idea what bpat staff clueless 2hr waitvat 1am then taxi on way back again utter shambles didn't know where hotel was ..Arghhhhhhhh

I had the worst New Year’s Eve experience. My pick-up was scheduled between 8:00 and 8:30 pm to ensure I arrived on Koh Phangan in time to celebrate. However, I waited 2.5 hours with minimal communication from the organiser, making me wonder if it was a scam. They blamed traffic, but passengers said they started late.
At the pier, there was chaos, no organisation, and more waiting. I finally reached Koh Phangan at 11:40 pm, barely meeting my friends and ruining my night. The return trip was equally awful, waiting hours for the boat. I wouldn’t recommend it.

With the terrible traffic at that night causing every pick up times were running late since the beginning. It does not matter that you are the first or the last stop as it was late since the first round.
We have no excuse at all for this regard, just hope the customers would understand from what the situation was at that night, especially your hotel is located in downtown with one way road, so drivers could not make the faster time at all.
From the late picked up related to the boat was late because the customers arrived to the pier as the same times.
With the communication with us, sorry once again, we want to answer all of our customers, but we are all busy lines and can not make it in time, but we absolutely went to pick up all customers from their bookings.
For the returning, an hour waiting is the standard for this party, and we also send you the information before that if it is busy time then you have to stay in the line with no guarantee for the time.
Above just the explanation of the real situation happened, but from our side we have no excuse from making disappointed on our customers because we totally understand how they feel on their special night. We have to find the better solutions to not make it again for the future, but if you see from some reviews on countdown night you can see that we have tried our best and if customers who traveled at the time that did not rush then they satisfied from our service.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. BLACKLIST
booked a speedboat ticket for year end full moon party. The shuttle was supposed to pick up at 9pm but at the end we waited for at least 1.5 hours till 10:30pm and we ended up not being able to join the full moon party countdown.
1) unclear information - my hotel was at the busiest Main Street that there are thousands of shuttle buses coming and going. No one messaged us about the car plate number in advance. I couldn’t tell whether we missed the bus by any chance. And I had to check every bus passing by.
2) late for 1.5 hrs (or it can be classified as no-show to be honest) and unresponsive follow up - throughout the one hour from 9.30pm-10pm (passed the scheduled 9-930pm pick up time), I had to contact the operator by myself to ask where the bus was. I had to make 3 to 4 back and forth calls in order to get the car information and get the location of the bus. And they didn’t call me back even when they told me they will check with the car driver and get back. So I had to follow up by myself very proactively, just in order to get the car number at least.
3) unacceptably late with without any reason - that night was a busy night because everyone was going to a party, so I thought the bus was late because of traffic or they spent too much time in the previous stops to pick up other guest. But I was told that I am the first guest to pick up. So it didn’t make sense that they were late for 1.5 hours and they didn’t pick up anyone yet. I asked that there will be three more hotels to go after 10.30pm, let alone going to the pier and waiting for the boat to be full to set out. It will miss the countdown for sure.
Only one good thing - the tour operator was willing to have a full refund. But our countdown party was already ruined and 1.5 hrs was wasted.

The booking procedure is simple and local cruise team is good and efficient! I have great experience with this event.
Waiting at the hostel for over an hour and a half with no way to contact them as they were supposed to pick up at 9pm but no show

Once we arrived to the hotel, we could not find you then send you the message and asked the receptionist at the hotel checked you in the room, but could not find you.
With the countdown party is the most crazy busy of the year, however we have tried our best to do it from the overload of the people who want to join the party,

Tough trip. To be fair it was NYE so everywhere was pretty chaotic but our pick up time was 8-8:30pm and we didn’t get to the full moon party until 10:45pm. The way back was the same. We got lucky as the last people on a 4am boat back while there was a dock full of people waiting. We waited around for a long time for our transfer home and eventually just decided to book a grab home and got home at 6:30am. Super disorganized. The party was fun tho, definitely stay on Koh Phangan if you plan on going.

From us, we don't really want this kind of thing happens to our customers, but it is uncontrollable from many outside factors.

While returning from Koh Samui, there was an incredible crowd. After the party, you’re already extremely exhausted, and you just want to leave the island as soon as possible. We stood for minutes without knowing what we were waiting for, but eventually, I believe the first boat that came to Koh Samui was from this company. That’s why, despite being satisfied with the trip overall, I’m giving 4 stars.
On the way there, the boat was scheduled for 10:00 PM, and our hotel pickup was set for 9:00 PM, but we weren’t picked up until around 9:45 PM. As a result, we missed the 10:00 PM boat. (During this time, we were able to contact someone about the delays, which is a plus point.) Within half an hour, the waiting area for the boat became very crowded, so we had to compete to get on the next boat.
Even worse, although we managed to get on the boat, we were kept waiting inside for at least half an hour. With the crowd of drunk people and motion sickness caused by the waves, it was a terrible start. We arrived at 11:45 PM, and we were nearly going to enter the New Year in misery on the road.
Overall, I don’t recommend the party 😂, but if you must go, this service seems to be the best option among them. Have fun!
Easy and stress free. But shame that i havé to wait 20 minutes for a 3 guys who were late! Otherwise all was fine. Return was ok despite the rain!
Really seamless pick up/drop off. I was a little apprehensive about going this route after reading previous comments but everything went smoothly. Great experience.
Overall, great party, great experience, I recommend it. It takes about an hour for the pick up time at the hotel, to leave by boat, the boat left rapidly after the registration, 15-20 min you arrive directly at the pier just next to the beach, you have to pay 200 baht to enter the party, no line up (left at 8pm, would recommend 7pm pick up) make sure you know where you are because you have to come there after the party, you don’t have to decide the hour to come back now, there’s a departure every hour starting 1 am, I left at 5 am, again no wait time, the boat took off right away, when we arrive at Samui pier, a couple of shuttle are waiting for you and you enter in one that go in your area, 30 min later I was at my hotel at sunrise. I would recommend it, they are very well organized, worth it.
The Full Moon Party transportation to/from Koh Phangan was really good & timely. I had a seamless transition the hotel shuttle pickup to the boat ride were safe & worthwhile.
Pickup was great, ferry to Ko Phang A was great.
Whole evening there was amazing.
The ferry home was rough as there were tons of people and not tons of boats back but it was fine and to be expected with the amount of people trying to get back from the island.
Transfer back to hotel took ages too but it’s all part of the parcel so to be expected.
Overall great way of doing the full moon party.
We had a great experience with this company! Tickets were cheap, they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. I would recommend pick up around 9p and returning around 2a. There are boats going back every hour on the hour, and they did a great job with us, thank you!!
It was good. The boat was fast and brought us at the full moon party within 30 minutes. The way back was also good. We needed to wait for 10 minutes and then we could hop on the boat. Good experience.
The journey out there was fine, but it took 2 hours in total from getting on the boat to finally being dropped off at my hotel on the way back as we drove all around the island dropping people off. It took 45 going.

Bus collected us from the hotel at the time stated and getting on the boat was fast- would recommend
So nice staff! Very helpful operator and so service oriented! Very well organized! Only thing I would suggest to make sure you don’t have to walk through the water into the boat. Otherwise it was all very nice! Thank you for the experience!

Please allow us to explain about the place for getting in the boat, normally we also have the pier that customers don't need to walk from the water.
However, for the Full Moon Party has a lot of travelers, so if that pier is full then we may have to move to another place to be not too crowded.

For the Full Moon Party, the boat and transfer tickets from Koh Samui, there are a lots of companies operated, so the customers can have their own choices as per their satisfaction.
And, the satisfaction of the people are different you may have concerned mainly about the price, but other people may feel satisfied and more comfortable with the services and select from the trust company.
So, in your case we feel sorry that you're not satisfied from our price! However, we're sure that we always ready to stand by for the customers whenever they want that may make them feel more secure.
For the Full Moon Party is such a crazy night and sometimes can be difficult to organize people when they lose control, but for us we try to have staffs take care of the customers as best as we can for both of the boat transfer and van transfer.

I booked this last minute on NYE and it really delivered. I only marked it down one star as there was a mix up with my transfer there and I ended up at a different spot initially but we were able to sort it out on Whatsapp
