Before the Tour:
Hotel or apartment Guests: For the meeting, please meet your guide at the reception, and if you are staying at an apartment; your driver will be at the address you provided on the booking. Your guide will arrive at your pick-up location 15 minutes before the start of your tour to pick you up. We will notify you if there are any changes.
Cruise Ship Passengers: Your guide will welcome you with your first name or last name on a sign in front of the cruise ship exit/enter gate where your ship is docked. As you walk away from your ship, you will be approaching a security checkpoint gate. When you exit the gate, walk straight forward, and look straight ahead. Your guide will be there 15 minutes before the start of your tour to collect you. Please Note: If your tour starts at 08:30, your guide will pick you up 15 minutes (08:15) before the start time of your tour.
Very IMPORTANT: If you don't see your guide with your name, please stay at the gate of your ship and do not walk away and look for your guide, let your guide look for you.
We GUARANTEE to have you BACK TO THE SHIP 1 hour before the ship departure time.
This is a small group guided tour of up to 7 people per vehicle. You will be in a shared van, car, or pick-up depending on the number of guests.
Our prices include a 6% government tax
Our goal is for you to leave the Island happier than when you arrived.

My family was in here in port from a carnival cruise and booked this experience to visit a beach of our choosing. The driver was on-time and easy to communicate with meeting at the cruise port. Also, pickup from the beach was easy too. Once I let them know we were ready they were there within 30 minutes. The driver was very accommodating and taught us about the island. The van was very nice and had great air conditioning! Amazing experience we’re very happy we booked it!

Poor service They were late in morning Did not have a car for us ,switched to a regular taxi bus 30 minutes late to pick us up at beach,then did not have room for us in the auto and we were then switched to a different vehicle

Our driver Resine Kourid was very friendly and helpful. As some background, we cruised into Bonaire and had booked a ship excursion to Klein Island almost 6 months beforehand to have a beach day. A week before embarkation, we found out that even though that island had a beautiful sandy entrance to the water, there were no restrooms nor chairs available. We looked on Viator to get round trip transportation to go to a beach that had a sandy entrance, restrooms and chairs available to rent. I researched Bonaire beaches and pinned it down to Te Amo, one of the public beaches. This tour allowed you to choose which beach to go to. When our driver picked us up at the port, she had my name on a sign. Turns out, we were the only ones on this so we basically had a private tour! When I told her we wanted to go to Te Amo and why, she kind of hesitated. When we asked her what her apprehension and other suggestion was, she said that yes, Te Amo has a nice beach but that the restrooms were an embarrassment to Bonaire. She recommended The Mirage Beach Resort at Eagle Beach, even though it had a rocky entrance. She asked what time we wanted to be picked back up, gave us her contact info and we were all set for the day. Went into the resort lobby and got a day pass for $10/pp, which gave us chairs, access to the pool, bar, restaurant, pier to get in the water. When we were setting our things up on the lounge chairs, the attendant said we were welcome to have a cabana bed at no extra charge. Sweet! We enjoyed the sun, went for a swim, had drinks and a yummy dutch lunch. At our chosen pickup time, she was sitting close to the resort entrance on a chair, just waiting for us. On the drive back to the ship, she took us down a street where we saw other beaches and restaurants, and dropped us right outside of the port. I was a bit nervous booking this since there were only 4 reviews, one in a different language, one negative and one positive. Now there are 2 positive reviews!!

You were very pleasant to speak with, and it’s important to me that our guests feel cared for. As I mentioned during our conversation, our motto is to ensure that our guests leave the island happier than when they arrived. In light of your experience, I provided a full refund. However, I want to clarify that the reason for the delay was due to a mix-up with the drop-off location. Our guide waited for you on the beach for two hours, thinking you would return to the original drop-off point. While I understand how frustrating this situation was, I had to pay my guide for the additional two hours they waited. It’s disheartening to receive a one-star review after our conversation, especially since you expressed gratitude for the service we provided you, plus the full refund we already gave you. I truly apologize for any distress this caused, particularly for the two senior ladies in your group. Thank you again for reaching out, and I hope we can resolve this matter amicably.

Very disappointing round trip transportation. Vans old, dented and rusty. Air conditioning did not work in either van. Return driver 30 minutes late. Called and spoke to Michelle, she stated the driver could not get the van started. Never offered water or soft drinks as per the inclusion list.

Hi Jerri, Thank you for your message. We realize that our van needs replacing. Unfortunately, the new, larger vans that should have been delivered in June are delayed due to storms over the ocean between Europe and Bonaire. We hope to have our new vans as soon as possible!

Parfait Dès notre débarquement du navire on nous attendait et nous sommes partit immédiatement, aucune attente pour d’autres passagers... Parcontre nous n’avons pas reçu notre soda car nous étions à 2 bâtiments de plage plus loin.... mais tout était parfait et nous avons payé le même prix que les taxis sur place mais avec aucune attente donc arriver plus tôt sur la plage
