Guide was very insightful about the Swiss people, who they are, how they live,politics. Very interesting and well spoken one of my favorite tours in our Europe trip.
This was a very interesting tour about Bern and Switzerland, the history and cultural traditions. I enjoyed it a lot

Before the tour, you asked whether you could cancel because of the rain. I told you that I was happy to agree to a cancellation if you preferred but that the tour itself would still take place despite the weather.
You arrived at the meeting point 6 minutes after the scheduled starting time. After you asked where I was, I replied 5 minutes later and sent you updated locations so you could join the group. I also gave you my personal WhatsApp number and tried to call you but the call went directly to voicemail.
During the tour, I wrote to you several times through the chat with updated locations and information about where we would be next but I did not receive any further response from you.
The tour took place normally with the other guests and afterwards I even submitted a request for you to receive a refund.
There is a complete conversation history documenting the messages, locations and timestamps.
The guide was very knowledgeable and fun. Great perspective on Swiss culture and history with current events thrown in.
A nice walking tour with a lot of history. our guide was great. I thought it was a great value compared to the cost of some other tours. The timing was great to do this tour on our way from Zermatt to Zurich - we stored bags at the train station

Barthos is the best guide you can have! Knowledgeable, funny, considerate! He even brought umbrellas and sunblock for us since it’s a sunny day! In a short 2 hours, we learned so much about the history, religion, politics and military. Very good!
