The instructors did not speak very good english, when we arrived they rushed through the safety briefing , there were no life jackets and it did not feel safe. As a result my nephew aged 13 became very nervous that something would go wrong and he decided he didnt want to do it. The instructor then made him feel worse by telling him to be a man and join in. My brother and other nephew went on the boat but did not do the parasailing as they felt it was unsafe. I would not recommend especially to any non spanish speaking people and if i had know the set up i would never have signed up. Worst experience of our holiday and a waste of over 200 EUROS

Ese tipo de trato no refleja en absoluto nuestros valores ni el compromiso que tenemos con un trato respetuoso y empático, especialmente con menores. Pedimos sinceras disculpas por esta situación tan disgustosa.
Respecto a las instrucciones de seguridad y la barrera idiomática, reconocemos que debemos mejorar la comunicación con nuestros clientes internacionales, y vamos a reforzar tanto la formación en idiomas como los procedimientos de bienvenida y briefing de seguridad en varios idiomas, como ya hacemos en otros puntos de embarque.
Lamentamos que esta actividad no haya sido lo que esperabais y comprendemos vuestra frustración.
