Had a terrible experience as the staff on board the boat was extremely rude never again didn't try to help in ringing a taxi said they'd ring the police ??
Messaged saying they had overbooked and if we could change our booking day and time. We agreed and was asked to arrive 30 mins before to collect our tickets. Once arriving it was closed. We then walked to the pick up point and waited 40 minutes and no one arrived! Refund requested online here and it was declined! Apparently we didn’t turn up even with photo time stamped evidence or arrival at the ticket point and marina lighthouse pick up point! Last day of our holiday so we couldn’t go back the next day to speak to anyone!

We’re deeply sorry to hear about your experience — this is absolutely not the level of service we strive to deliver, and we completely understand your frustration and disappointment, especially on the last day of your holiday.
If you were asked to reschedule and then arrived on time only to find no one there, it’s unacceptable that you were marked as a no-show and your refund declined, even after providing photo evidence. This situation clearly requires a proper internal review.
Again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope we can make this right.

Anularon la actividad por el mal tiempo y ni avisaron previamente no todavía se como me van a devolver el dinero.
Salimos con retraso y tuvimos que dar la vuelta una vez estábamos esperando el barquito porque se ponen donde tienen hueco, no tienen sitio asignado, ni personal para poder dirigir la actividad, dimos una vuelta de más de 1km hacia atrás, pensábamos que veríamos más zonas y nos llevaron por la bahía de Altea, tirando a Benidorm y vuelta, no te explican nada, te hacen una foto rápido que no sale ni el paisaje apenas y te quieren cobrar 10 euros, el barco bien pero si lo llegamos a saber hubiésemos cogido otro tipo de excursión, es un paseo más bien.
Está muy bien el paseo por la Bahía de Calpe, es una hora muy bien aprovechada y relajante. Al principio hace calor, pero conforme te vas adentrando hacia el mar, corre aire y hace fresco, con unas vistas impresionantes. Lo recomiendo 100%.
