I had a wonderful day from start to the end. Good communication and pick up on time. Driving through the quadisha valley and the mountains was super as was an easy stroll through cedar trees. Robin my guide was a good fun and told me lots of stories from lebanon. Was also v flexible and kind, took me to different spots that were not on itinerary like Batroun town, which was so nice of him. Highly recommend travel with him and his company Zingy ride to explore different parts of the country. Tina

A trip with a car, nothing interesting, don' t take this trip.

The tour is actually a trip with a car and not so much a tour. We were about 5 or 6 hours in a car with loud music and most of the trip with open windows and some car problems. The scenery was very nice and interesting but with no explanations of anything. The monastery of st Antonios is ok but nothing so interesting to need to spend so many hours to go to see it. The museum of that poet it was again just ok, well i didn't know him, the guide didn't say many about his life, story etc, so it was really worthless. The Cedars forest its not so much a forest!!! its actually a small area with some Cedars and the guide told us we had 20 minutes there. We didnt hear him and we spend more, but still is not what you expect to see and nobody told us anything about the trees about the history or anything important. No, its not a good tour to take, one of the worst i booked in Viator. The lunch was fair enough, typical of the region. No free time anywhere to buy or see anything we like, not even time to buy a souvenir.

Been reading your review and i'm shocked to see all the things you had to say, first of all i'll start by pasting to you the includes this trip offered: - Air-conditioned vehicle - Entrance Fee - English Speaking Driver - Hike in the Cedars Forest - Pickup From Hotel and Return Now where in the includes does it say GUIDED? Feel free to take your time to go back to the product and re-read what was included. The car never had any problems, as i also checked the tracking device, and it never stopped in any random place apart from where it was supposed to be. You also tipped the driver $10 as shown in our cctv placed in our vehicle for security purpose! and i'm still wondering why you tipped him a whole $10 even though you had the worst day of your life. I'm trying to find a more polite way to respond to your review, but i'm finding it very hard, because you not only hated our vehicle & driver, but you also did not like the sites it self, so please next time do some research before making any bookings to avoid having a bad day. Also please just a slight advice you can use in your future bookings, read includes, and don't just conclude. we gave you the best service we could, but you did not appreciate it.

Beuatiful valley and monsatery. Was really happy to see the cedars, would have loved to get closer but there was too much snow to access them. Hopefully the guard will clean the path at some point. Thank you very much for this beautiful and confortable trip around this beautiful valley. I also loved the museum from Khalil Gibran!

Great tour and car, safe and clean car, saw all of the places in the add and they were all beautiful and worth it - the places are hard to access without a car so for sure worth getting a tour. Communication with the company was tricky in the beginning which made me feel a bit unsafe and unsure about who I was going with or how organized the whole tour would be but at the end everything worked out.

I was very glad to find out the tour continued to go on even though I was the only one booked for that day. Robin is a great tour guide. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about the history, the region and is genuinely interested in learning things from me as well. This was amazing trip to see a Cedar Forest and Qadisha Valley. Our guide Robin was excellent, he told us lot of stories on a way and anwser all our questions. We also ask him if we could pass by Baatara Gorge Waterfall and as in this season of year waterfall was dried, he warned us about it, but took us there. Everything was perfect and with Robin this trip was very funny, defenetly will reccomend him for every trip in Lebanon!

Unexpected Highlight of my Time in Lebanon

I was the only person on this tour and I greatly appreciate the effort Robin goes through to do these tours without a participant minimum. This tour was the highlight of my time in Lebanon. Robin was knowledgeable about the sites and passionate sharing the history and current political affairs of Lebanon. It's clear he has great relations with the employees at the sites and as a result we were warmly greeted and welcomed, even got free lunch. I mentioned during the tour that I really wanted to see Baatara Gorge, but that I had been unable to find a tour to fit into my tight schedule. Robin generously offered to take me there on our way back to Beirut. I'm so thankful I got to see this amazing site before leaving Lebanon, Baatara and Qadisha are a must-see. Sincere thanks for Robin for the great tour, I highly recommend Zingy Ride to anyone visiting Lebanon.

The trip itself - we did quadisha valley, cider forest and Baalbek has been nothing but stunning! We were lucky enough that the road connecting the quadisha and Becca valley just recently opened up so we saw it in its full glory - with about 3-5 m high snow walls. It was magic! Apart from that, the trip is filled with highlights - the church of st. Antonio, the quadisha valley itself, the ciders and of course Baalbek. But besides Lebanon’s tourstic highlights, there was another one that I didn’t know before - Robin. He has a heart of gold, is considerate, kind, patient and has an amazing sense of humor! I loved every minute of the trip and it was mainly because of him. I cannot recommend him highly enough! You are going to have a blast with him!
