A MUST DO.
The trip was beautiful and Robin was awesome, friendly, informative and very helpful. Definitely cannot wait for the next trip with him for sure.
We learnt so much on this excursion. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and she guided us through all the ruins and attractions with history imbedded in her dialogue. Amazing to see the best preserved ancient temple.
not sure what went wrong with this tour as i had used the same agency the day before and everything was fine. my guide seemed to be in a rush and that’s probably why we never visited anjar.
And i am not sure if the guide knew what his job was. at the start of the day he asked me “where are we going today?” i thought he was joking, but he was, in hindsight, not joking.

Thank you for your review, by checking your tour, and investigating the matter, based on the tracker in our vehicles, you went to Anjar. It was the 1st place you visited, the headed to baalbek and then stopped at a restaurant and ended the day at Ksara, you also paid for the ticket at anjar yourself, so please check and you will see the ticket with you.
There was no guide included in this option that you booked, if you check what is included, it doesn't say there was a guide included.
Not sure why you left a review like this, while everything went exactly as was stated.
The tour was organized well. We could visit many sites in one day.
We really enjoyed talking to our guide and he knew many interesting things about the sites. He was also very flexible and helped us with visiting Syrian refugee camp to donate some good.

Driver could barely speak English. In Baalbek a friend of the driver forced to buy souvenirs. Actually wanted to choose the restaurant but he drove to one where he obviously got commission.

Nobody can force you to buy a souvenir. in every country you find people selling and trying to make you buy stuff, you can always say no!
as for the restaurant, we stop at 1 restaurant on the way to ksara, there is no much options in baalbek, also you did not book private! you can't decide where to eat, everyone must stop at 1 place, if you wanted to decide how your day goes, you could have booked a private trip!
in the includes it's written "English or Arabic Speaking Driver" you did not pay for private ride and did not ask for English driver.

Baalbek is super, well worth the visit. Anjar ok. Additional fees for both sites beat to pay in local currency

I don't understand your review to be honest! where in the title was it written guided tour? and where in the includes does it state that guide is included? if at all you did book with us, then please also check where in your ticket was written guide included. if your review is only to damage my business then this is very wrong of you. Very nice experience! We had an amazing time with Wassin as he was a very calm and friendly driver. Also the visit itself was amazing and Wassin left us with enough time to visit whatever we wanted to see.
The diver is very kindly and specially. I enjoy this tour. I like join aviator when I will go to a trip.
Everything was great. The driver was kind and willing to help and inform us about the trip. Baalbek and ksara were the highlights of our trip in Lebanon

All were fine. Car was comfy and Robin is extra professional driver and knowing guide.
As I have tour in period of semi-suspense of tourism I was alone and can change destinations and make additions for the tour on my needs.
And I can order another tours not listed in Viator.

Great tour - Great Price! Really enjoyed - Great driver, we were the only two on the tour, were free to take as much time as we liked, all three destinations were amazing, and choice of lunch was not a tourist trap, very affordable and great food!

エアコンがついてると書いてあったのにつけられておらず…こちらが言ったらつけてくれたが、言わなかったらエアコンなしの車内だった…前半はエアコンなしで過ごして地獄でした。ガイドとあったのに、ドライバーからの説明は全くなく、ツアーではなくてただのタクシードライバーだった…ほぼ話しかけられることもなくとても残念だった！

Baalbek es la joya de la corona, imprescindible la visita. En esta época, enero, no hay turismo, lo disfrutas plenamente. La entrada es de las más caras en Líbano 300 000, pero lo vale. Comimos un guía libanés 20$ para dos, pero no merecía la pena. Muchas bromas y poca información válida, además de muchas prisas. Baalbek es para saborearlo.
