Absolutely the best wine experience I can remember. Jean is passionate about wine and its connection to the earth hence the importance of good agriculture. Tasting was amazing with a wide selection of wines and we all had great discussions around each tasting. I will return!

We had a personalized tour with Jean. He is very personable and knowledgeable about the history of the area and wine making. During the wine-tasting portion of the tour, he explained how the terrain and weather affects the type of wine produced and why the wines tasted differently. Jean is very passionate about the "terroir". Highly recommend,

If you want to know all it is to know about Bourgogne wine, definitely give this wine tasting option a spin! It was a very personalized experience and way beyond my expectations. All wines were excellent and knowledge of oncologist is superb and to the point. I strongly recommend adding this experience to your itinerary if you are traveling to or through Dijon! This is one of the most underrated towns to visit in France! Have fun!

Such a great tour with Jean. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable about Burgundy. The tasting far exceeded my expectations and Jean was really helpful with explaining the tasting process and what he looks for in the wines. A great experience if you’re ever in Burgundy region!

Experience at the top! Jean shared his passion with us. The place is very nice and very nice.

Fantastisk engasjert ønolog! Vi fikk et minne for livet og fikk smake mange gode viner.
Samtidig lærte vi om jordsmonn, værpåvirkning og hvorfor Burgunderviner er best. Og vi fikk også bekymringer om framtidens klimaendringer.

Es war einfach richtig nett, interessant und lecker. Nach dem Probieren von manchen Weinen ist man auf einmal bereit etwas mehr über die eigene Grenze für den Wein zu zahlen. :)

Jean est un œnologue hors pair! Nous avons passé près de 2h30 à écouter son histoire ! Il est passionné par son métier et n’hésite pas à nous faire découvrir sa passion.
Nous avons en premier lieu visionné un court film, nous permettant de mieux visualiser les Climats de Bourgogne. Par la suite, Jean a abordé les caractéristiques de la Bourgogne en termes de sépage, de climats… puis nous avons eu droit à une visite de leurs cuves ainsi que tout le processus pour créer les vins Dufouleur Frères!
Enfin, la visite s’est terminé par une dégustation de plusieurs vins. N’étant pas de vrais connaisseurs dans le domaine, Jean nous a appris à goûter le vin!
Je recommande vivement !!
