Very informative tour of the coast of Barbados. Mario was an excellent guide and made sure we all had fun on our trip and kept us laughing all day. Lunch was very good and the rum and snacks were very well received (thanks to Mrs Mario for those 😋). Would definitely recommend the tour.

Mario was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor and is passionate about his job. I was born in Barbados and for me, this tour was a geography and history lesson and I learned a lot about my beautiful island. We made several stops for photos, snacks and lunch. We drove by the Garrison Savannah, through Bridgetown, by Rihanna Drive, Holetown, Speightstown, Morgan Lewis Windmill, Bathsheba and St. John's Church. Stopped by Cherry Tree Hill to view the entire east coast. The landscape is stunning and the views are spectacular. Overall the tour was great. Some of the road are horrible (lots of potholes and very bumpy). You need to consider that if you get motion sickness. Also, if you are Vegan or Vegetarian you may want to bring some extra snacks. If you want to see Barbados, explore and learn about the island this is the tour for you.

Our tour had cancellation but this is One of the best tour of Barbados. Mario is an excellent, pleasant and friendly tour guide who shows you all the essential sights and sites with snacks and lunch. My sister and I had a great time!!! I would recommend.

For our very first full day in Barbados we decided to do a coastal island tour and selected this one due to the amazing reviews on here. This experience so deserves its 5 star rating and more.
Our guide and driver Mario, a Barbadian born and raised, was so knowledgeable and humorous. This tour is a must !

Its a full day. The driver made the trip interesting with his background of the Island. I wish we could have explored a bit more but be that has it may. he fit in so much with the time we had. Also the pick up and drop off was great!!

The tour was really a great experience.
Mario - the tour guide - was just awesome. He offered an abundance of stories sbout the island, being very informative and entertaining at the same time. He showed us very special places all around the island with fantastic views.
I don't think there is any better way to get to know the history of Barbados and to see its different landscapes in just 6 hours

Great way to see around the island. Mario our driver was very informative and his wife’s home made fruit bread and banana cake were delicious when stopping for a snack. Lunch was also very good with a spectacular view. A very nice day all round and would highly recommend.

We booked this tour via previous excellent reviews and were not disappointed! Junior is a wonderful guide and driver. The open jeep vehicle is perfect for this itinerary and lots of fun. We were picked up at our hotel at 8.30am and then picked up a few other guests from The Radisson & Hilton, before making our way up to Speightstown & then onto Little Bay. There are several fab vantage points on this trip including breathtaking views. We stopped for Rum & Sorrel which was extremely tasty followed by coconut bread and fruit bread, lovingly baked by the owner, Mario's wife......Yummy! We were also treated to a lovely pre-prepared lunch and a beer at Zemi cafe in Bathsheba. We met lovely , friendly people from both the UK & USA which gave the tour an extra edge. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Junior and Island Explorer Tours to anyone looking to explore the rugged beauty of this amazing island......Barbados you are truly BEAUTIFUL 🇧🇧🌴🐠🐓🐒

This was a nice experience, Mario is very knowledgeable on Barbados history, keep in Mind Barbados is very very hot so have a water bottle with you and wear lots of sunscreen. If you wear a hat it might get blown away. All of the places we went to except for Rihannas childhood home wasn't crowded which was a huge plus, it was just our group.

I have been to Barbados a number of times and never toured the island. So glad I took this excursion and would take it again. The coast is beautiful, the tour informative and fun! The homemade coconut bread, banana bread and Sorrel cocktail were delicious.

What a fantastic experience! It was a fun packed adventure, with lots of laughs and spectacular views. This was the perfect way to explore the island. The food was very tasty and catered for my vegan request. The bajan treats were also a nice touch. I would highly recommended this tour/experience you get much more than what is advertised. Plenty of photo opportunities as well historical and trivial information about the island and the people who live on it. I was truly blown away, and would do it all again.
