Unpleasant surprises

View was spectacular but we were sooo happy it didn’t rain. Plan to spend AT LEAST 3 hours because service is painfully slow. Also, be sure to ask for wine and water prices because they don’t offer them and costs can add significantly to price of meal!

When the deal was dinner and unlimited drinks with an amount worth 400us ++. Atleast the dining place should allow u to have the drinks . Unfortunately the drinks u still have to buy but unlimited drinks at a below bar after the dining and the bar sucks . The drink was even worse . It’s not about the price or buying drinks but plse don’t fool us by saying dining and unlimited drinks . On top of that the food sucked and not an elegant as it sounded. Never will go there again .

I tried reserving this resto but they said they were fully bookes. So i was forced to book this highly exoensive set meal dinner which was way overpriced. The price was unreasonable. Waiting period for.food took 2 hours while we were freezing in cold wind. I got sick afterwards. There were no long lines to skip so it useless to book this tour. Next time just go directly to the vertigo restaurant. You can order ala carte at cheaper price and there lots of available table.

Hi Bernard, The Banyan Tree is one of the more popular restaurants in Bangkok, booked weeks in advance. I am a bit confused as you said you tried to book the restaurant but it was fully booked then you said the restaurant had many tables available. We offer 2 SET Menu's either a 4 or 5 course. I can guarantee that booking each component individually will be much more expensive. We also include a welcome drink. If you want a single dish of course its cheaper to purchase this. For the wind I am sorry you were cold but I am sure you agree that 61 floors up we can not control the temperature in the open air. The staff can give out blankets if requested, Thanks, Nick

A perfect evening at vertigo

The evening was perfect. We chose the 5 course meal and this was excellent. The staff were so attentive and they really made us feel special. We sat right at the edge and had a 360 view of Bangkok. This was the highlight of our trip to Bangkok. It’s pricey but worth every penny. Thank you I Asia Thailand for all the arrangements, the seat requests and also giving us great information!

what about , the lovely place with a breathtaking view and great Quality of food all but stained by the organization of the event since it was a prepaid in Hong Kong dollars (but the dinner was not in Bangkok...?!) why was not required payment in Thai Baths? also exorbitant price and drinks aside (expensive). not to be repeated
