Dinner cruise - fantastic experience

We were collected at 5.30pm for a 6pm cruise or so we all thought. We then found out our boat was not boarding until 7.45. 2 hours to kill in port 21 shopping area first, but who wants to shop or eat before going on a dinning cruise? As it was you had to join ques for your boat time and group so 1 hour was spent queuing. Once onboard the evening was amazing, great food, free flowing drinks amazing entertainment, the staff were well organised. I would definitely recommend this trip but make sure you have comfortable shoes for queing..

While my friends and I overall enjoyed the experience, some of the logistics could have been better. While I appreciate the pick up and drop off being included in the price, the driver arrived 45 minutes after the time they proposed and didn't realize that I had a party of 6 (even though it was on my reservation). The location of the pier was EXTREMELY crowded. We had to walk through an already packed mall and were basically walking around from one location to another with very little instructions. Once we got on the boat, however, it was a good time. The entertainment was good, and the food was very good. It was an overall nice experience, and I would do it again, I'd just feel like I was better prepared and wear more comfortable shoes.

Das Erlebnis an sich war toll, dass Feuerwerk verdient 5 Sterne. Aber es gibt einige Punkte, die hier definitiv nicht schön waren. Der Shuttlefahrer wusste nicht, wo er uns absetzen sollte und es herrschte viel Chaos. Wir mussten fast 1.5 Stunden in einer Shopping Mall ausharren. Das war nicht schön und nirgendwo ausgemacht. Auf dem Schiff haben wir einen Platz neben den Bier und Cola Kartons bekommen, wo der Service die schmutzigen Teller abgestellt hat. Rücktransfer ging nicht gut, da er Fahrer nicht erreichbar war. Trotzdem, dass Boot, der Service, die Show, das Essen und Event an sich waren herausragend!

Schlimm!!! Chaos pur… wirklich schrecklich… Sehr schlechte Organisation. Menschenmassen ohne Ende, keiner wusste wohin, Treffpunkt mitten in einem überfüllten Einkaufszentrum. Taxiservice hat nach der Veranstaltung nicht funktioniert, wir mussten zu Fuss ins Hotel. Nie wieder!!!

Die Bootsfahrt ist sehr empfehlenswert, gute Unterhaltung, sehr gutes Essen und nette Bedienung. Die An- und Abreise zum Bootsanleger war allerdings total chaotisch organisiert. Wir wurden kreuz und quer durch ein völlig überfülltes Einkaufszentrum gehetzt. Wer dort den Anschluss verliert, wird sein Boot nie erreichen….
