Waiting for our driver

We were picked up at the cruise terminal in Laem Chabang. For reasons that I still do not understand perhaps associate with the security at the cruise terminal, our driver was about an hour late. There were many cars that came to pick up people so would seem to mean that the agency did not really have much experience with this cruise terminal. The ride was very long, but that was to be expected. The driver was very friendly and to the credit of the agency, they gave us a partial refund for our inconvenience.

Good choice for transportation

Was a long ride which we anticipated but some additional delays due to some detours for a bicycle race. Obviously not any issue with the driver and didn’t create any problems for us. The driver didn’t speak any English and we didn’t speak anything but English so it was a quiet ride. She turned some music on about an hour into the ride which helped break some silence. Was waiting for us with a sign as we got off the ship even earlier than expected. Happy with our driver!

Missing baggage

Driver and I left one rollerboard at port terminal. Not discovered till we got to hotel airport. After checking photos driver went back 1 1/2,hours each way to retrieve. The price we paid was over twice the Internet price but it was worth it!

I booked a minivan or car with an English tour guide. I hit a small car with a driver, no tour guide. The driver was a nice person but spoke little English. Git a partial credit. The experience was not what I booked or expected. Got ok to my destination.

Dear Wanda, we are sorry to read your feedback, please allow me some clarifications: 1) you booked a transfer from the port of Laem Chabang to Bangkok, since you were alone a professional driver was sent to you with a 2023 Toyota Altis. This type of car is more than suitable for the transport of just 1 person; 2) in the transfer options you added the English guide for the visit to Bangkok, but you never responded to our requests about the program and/or the things you wanted to do and see in Bangkok, which is why we canceled the guide service and we immediately reimbursed the related cost; In conclusion, we apologize for what happened, but there was a clear lack of communication on your part about the schedule to carry out with the guide in Bangkok which prompted us to cancel that type of service.
