Trip & pickup was on schedule. Friendly & jovial guide. Would had leave 5 stars if not because the full trip description by Viator was misleading which apparently did not include the Damnoen Saduak floating market & long trail motor boat ride. But it was resolved by our caring guide who sought help with his boss & he sought clarification with Viator. Fortunately it was sorted out & I did not have to pay for the boat ride. However, I can understand that the floating market tour should not be part of this tour as it is on the other side of the country & not possible to include with the given time frame. Hence, the conclusion has to be that Viator had made an error with the full itinerary advert, & they should make the effort to correct them to prevent further misunderstanding for future participants & making the life of the tour guide difficult!
