Inconsistent and unreliable!

Had booked 4 trips with this company. First pick up was fine. Because of extra luggage we needed and requested a van for pick up number two. We happily paid the up-charge for the van and requested two more vans for the last two pick ups. Unfortunately, this company cancelled our two remaining reservations. When I contacted them I was told they would reschedule and send a confirmation email; however, they neither rescheduled nor sent any further correspondence, leaving us to scramble last minute rides for ourselves. Due to inconsistent and unreliable service, would not recommend this company .

The transfer arrived 30 minutes prior to allocated time, however we were sat ready in foyer of hotel. The driver was pleasant, vehicle clean and we were the only pick up. Due to the early pickup we had a 3 hour wait at the Airport. The drive to the airport from hotel was 50 mins. Both journeys to and from airport were well organised and would have no hesitation using the company again

Hotel to Airport transfer

The advice for pick up was 11:30 pm but as early as 11::00 the driver was already at the hotel so up and we go to the airport. We were the only passenger of the big van so the ride to the airport was very comfortable. Upon arrival at the airport the quee at the immigration was very long so its good that we are early at the airport because we have more time for the queuing at the immigration. Thank you.

Where do I go?

After going threw customs and baggage claim I was looking for the driver but couldn't find anyone. I got advice from several people but the info was wrong. I was looking for someone with a sign with my name but that didn't happen. I just stumble into the girl who told me they weren't allowed inside of the airport. This needs to be corrected because people will not find their driver. My name was taped to a rail and I was looking for someone with a sign with my name ,so Please address this issue!!! The departure worked out good. Viator work on the arrival plan. Tell your customer where to go so they are not lost in airport looking for their driver. I'm coming back to Bangkok soon so please fix this problem.

Pickup by ways was very efficient and organised. Did miss little extra touch from another company of cold washer and bottle of water. Departure trip a nightmare as van semed to have a speed monitor and lurched backwards and forward whilst going at speed on motorway, this made me extremely car sick.

The service was good except for the fact that the driver did not approach people in the lobby to look for me, the passenger. He just walked around perhaps waiting for me to spot him. I noticed him early on but took him for one of the tourists that had just arrived. It was only when I sought help from the concierge that he approached me.
