Horrible Experience

No one was at the location to meet me, I waited 45 mins in the area and another 3.5 hours at Old Fourth Ward waiting for someone to connect with me and just received texts telling me they would credit my credit card. Drove an hour to get to the event and paid for parking and no one thought to connect with me to explain. This after multiple emails fro aviator confirming the event.
