The meeting place was a bit vague and it was not mentioned that this tour was part of another tour - so bus made a 30 minute stop shortly after we got on it for that group to use restroom and get food. Our bus driver and the guide was very good and made the tour enjoyable. The lakes are beautiful - we wished the time there could have been longer.

Cuando llegamos al autobús la guía nos dijo que ya estaba lleno y que no había sitio para nosotros (¡a pesar de tener nuestro número de reserva en al mano!). Llamamos a la agencia organizadora y nos dijeron que por error había overbooking. Nos contrataron un taxi para que mi pareja y yo hiciéramos el recorrido a parte, lo cual implicó que nos perdiéramos las explicaciones de la guía en el autobús y que tuviéramos que estar esperando a que llegar el bus con la guía y el resto de personas para hacer la visita (si el taxi llegaba antes al lugar) o esperar solos a que viniera el taxi a recogernos después de terminar cada parada. UN DESASTRE. Si queréis hacer esta excursión, contratad a otra empresa que no sea Buendía.
