After disembarking from the ship, the assembly meeting point at the pier. The representative will be holding a sign with the lead traveler name. If you require a change in the pickup time, please consult us. We require passport copies or passport details as per the below information from the Aqaba Port regulations, for our representative to meet you at the assembly meeting point at the pier. Failure to do so the meeting point will be outside this area. Passport details required: First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Passport Issue Date, Passport Expiry Date, Date of Birth, and Nationality. Fantastic day and Bas our guide was the best. Also our guide at Petra was very knowledgeable and catered to 4 oldies and one younger person. Taking time to explain everything and walk at a slower pace for us. Checked we were hydrated and asked if we wanted to stop for breaks.
Petra was amazing and then we had the chance to see Wadi Rum as well.
Our Bedouin driver in his 4WD was also careful with 4 oldies riding in the back of the truck.
Bas made sure we were back at the ship on time and answere any questions and looked after us so well. Thanks Bas

Our ship docked in Aqaba. Prox 3 hour drive to Petra. Driver Nasser was very knowledgable and spoke good English. Picked up English speaking tour guide in Petra. This was a once in a life time experience. On return from Petra did tour of Wadi Rum which highly recommend-very exciting driving through the desert, seeing the formations meeting Bedouins. On way back Nasser took us on some sightseeing that was not a part of the original package. Highly recommend -would not want to miss chance to see Petra and Wadi Rum was an excellent bonus. This is long day but was one of the highlights of our 28 day cruise. Pricing much more reasonable than through the cruise line.
