It didn’t start off the best. We arrived at 9:30 as per the booking, but our guide didn’t arrive until 9:55. When he did arrive he was confused as to what we had booked and thought we were doing a half day and it took a few minutes and a couple of phone calls to sort it out.
Once everything was sorted and we got out into the desert though everything was great! We had an absolutely great time driving around and exploring Wadi Rum. Every single stop (except the mushroom rock) was interesting, fun and absolutely amazing to look at.
I do think the description saying you only need moderate fitness is a bit misleading as it was a very physically intense day climbing up to some of the locations (Lawrence spring and the second rock bridge especially!)
The lunch was a traditional galayet with vegetables, tuna and bread, and it was absolutely delicious - one of the best meals we ate during our stay in Jordan!
All the tour operators follow roughly the same route, so despite just having us booked onto our trip we spent a lot of the day with them same people from other groups which made it more fun.
There were plenty of extra opportunities not mentioned which we also got to enjoy. There was sand-boarding and we got to feed a camel, and at the end we got to sit and watch the sunset from an amazing viewpoint right in the middle of the area.
We had an absolutely amazing time and can’t recommend it enough!

The trip was awesome. Our guide and driver Tamir did everything to make us feel comfortable. He was explaining to us about every single place and stone we drove through. He and his cousin cooked traditional Bedouin meal for us (to which we were very skeptic at the beginning, but after we tasted it - it was all gone).

I was very lucky to be the only passenger on the tour. This did mean we finished two hours earlier than expected and missed the sunset, although the weather was very overcast, so I didn't mind.
The tour guide was really friendly and knowledgeable and I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone.

In short, Bakhir was amazing! He showed us wonderful locations that we otherwise would not have been able to find by ourselves. The trip was long enough to feel that you made out the most of the day. We really enjoyed the spots Bakhir chose, they were combinations of tourist populated attractions and hidden gems. Lunch was tasty and extremely enjoyable, especially that we had it in a very calm and peaceful campsite. We ended the day watching the beautiful sunset from Bakhir's hidden gem spot, which wrapped up the tour in a very delightful way! Needless to say, we all enjoyed the trip and will definitely recommend this tour to our friends.

We had a great time. Baker was amazing and made sure that we all enjoyed our experience. He helped us climb mountains that we thought we wouldn’t be able to climb. He was patient. Everyone else in his team was friendly as well. Lunch was fresh and tasty. Would recommend 100%

This was a mixed experience
The food, everyone in the group were great to hang out with, the guide was a nice guy who was a good cook and did his best to interact with us. The scenary was memorable.
That said, it was not perfect. There is a lot of climbing involved and you need good fitness and is not recommended for people with mobility issues.
The tour got repetitive after the fourth stop which was climbing, seeing a nice vew and back to the car.
The guide spoken very little English and it was obvious what he did speak was from a script. He was unable to answer even basic questions in English and I missed alot of the nature, history and educational value of Wadi Rum.

Bakir met me at Wadi Rum village and I was offered a tea. When the rest of the guests turned up we set off with Bakir's cousin, taking us around. Felt safe the entire time. Great feeling sat on the back of the jeep offered many photo ops. We visited various locations, some of them involved quite rigorous climbing up rocks so be aware of that. The views were outstanding. The lunch that was cooked for us was very filling and tasty, and don't forget if you clean your plate, there will just be more waiting for you. Was driven back to the visitor centre at the end to get my bus. A great experience not to be missed, and this was definitely the highlight of my trip through Jordan.

Our guide (Bakhir's cousin) didn't speak much english, and wasn't able to answer our questions. He looked pretty disinterested the entire trip and didn't talk much. He did not explain the stuff that we were seeing. The jeep itself was a very old truck, definitely the oldest one among the trucks that were driving with us that day. The lunch (a vegetable stew) wasn't great either. I can definitely recommend visiting Wadi Rum, just maybe not with this guide.

We had a great trip with a great guide Bxr, young and energetic with lot of humor! Visited many surprising attractions in the desert and some nice hiking too. The tee at the sunset was a nice finalle!

Bellissimo giro nel deserto con molto treaking, anche un po' impegnativo scalando le alture del deserto. Ottimo Omar, che ha fatto sia la guida che l'autista e da cuoco (bel picnic su una altura del deserto). E non fa niente se la gip, che abbiamo utilizzato, era proprio molto vecchia. Anche se era inverno, è stata una bella giornata e calda sino al tramonto.

O passeio foi sensacional, com paisagens que parecem uma pintura. Recomendo muito! Gostaria também de elogiar o almoço que nós foi servido: apesar de simples, foi muito bem preparado, respeitando as regras de higiene, mesmo que no deserto.
Para quem for se aventurar no inverno, recomendo levar roupa de frio pois venta muito e, após o por do sol, a temperatura despenca absurda e rapidamente.
