Our guide Attalah was very professional, kind , very attentive especially to our son Daniel. He showed us all beautiful sites of Wadi rum and we also experienced amazing sunset and Iftar with prayer lead by Attalah , such an incredible experience, would definitely repeat it soon ! Mia

Having a nice tea and conversation with Khaled and learning about his life and the area. Then hiked up to Lawrence spring, then we rode camels to the sand dunes and explored caves, really amazing trip filled with the best scenery!

The guide was very good and nice, told us a lot of stories about the desert and was very patient. He took pictures and even helped us shopping.
Regarding the car, you can find much better around as it was very uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. Our guide's vehicles are standard for Wadi Rum, and we will continue to make improvements regarding comfort. Riding along bumpy desert tracks in the back of our 4x4s is all part of the adventure. Guests are always welcome to sit in the vehicle's passenger seats, which are less bouncy.

So it wasn't something we expected. There's a lot of hiking/climbing involved. The driver(guide) takes you to famous spots and you would be on your own hiking/climbing up places to take pictures of the great views. They were all great. we were able to take many great pictures. Our driver was soooo kind. Very flexible with time we were supposed to start at 1 pm but arrived early (like 11:30am). They said they are ready to go anytime we want (we had a quick lunch so ended up starting at 12:30). We ended around 5 pm ish. We took our time taking pictures or just sit and relax. The driver never showed any annoyance or frustration of us taking our time. He was just great and kind!!
At the end of the tour they do take you to "souvenir shop" but they never push hard to sell things. Once you mention you're not interested they won't push.
If you do decide to go on this tour, make sure you are ready to climb up places. The driver did provide us water bottles but if you have one of those water bottles that keep it cold, I would suggest brining those as it can be really really hot out in the desert.

We had a really good time. Had the whole tour to ourselves. Everyone was extremely personable and we even got to meet a family member and write our names in the sand in Arabic. The tour itself is like every other jeep tour and we hit up the same spots as most people. Overall, still had a great time and were taken care of the entire time. They kept us hydrated and entertained. Thanks for the adventure!!

Very organized. Very friendly. Lot's of fun. I definitely recommend this trip. Bring hiking/running shoes if you want to get some great pics when climbing up some mountains/hills.

I almost didn't book this tour: I was apprehensive about going into the desert in the summer, and even after I decided on that, I wasn't sure about camping. Would it be too much?
We started with the one hour camel ride and then did the half-day jeep tour. This was after a four hour bus ride to get to Aqaba from Amman, and then a taxi out to Wadi Rum. (Desert Eyes arranged that for us too.) It was a long day, but worked out perfectly. We kept on saying, "we're going to sleep well tonight;" then the stars were so amazing it was tough to go to bed!
We saw a few other groups while we were out in the 4x4, but my friend and I were the only two people at camp. It was a great first post-COVID excursion, and I'm glad I chose this one instead of the glamping. I suppose I do want to sleep in a bubble someday, but I liked the accommodations here (tiny cabin for two, exterior bathroom with plumbing/showers) and it was 25% of the bubble/glamping price.
I'm so glad we went for this tour! I'd say it's one of the top tours I've done in my life...and I've been to 40+ countries. The scenery is breathtaking, the food was incredible, our guide was fantastic, so many sights to see, and the stars...wow. One night wasn't enough, really. I would go back in an instant, and I would come back to Jordan specifically for this.

Salem was geweldig, heeft ons de mooiste plekken laten zien, was ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De tour eindigde bij zonsondergang met thee, koekjes en een vuurtje. Een onvergetelijke ervaring.
