Muhammad (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name) was absolutely amazing. He made our Wadi Rum experience truly memorable with his sense of humor and friendly personality, which made the tour both fun and engaging. I had a lot of questions, and he always took the time to explain the history, wildlife, and anything else I was curious about. He struck the perfect balance of giving us time to explore on our own while also guiding us through the more challenging parts of the adventure. Muhammad also went out of his way to take plenty of photos, ensuring we captured beautiful memories of our trip.
Beyond the breathtaking scenery, we enjoyed sandboarding and ended the day with a cup of tea at a stunning overlook for sunset—a thoughtful touch, since many other tours just stop in the valley. It was the perfect way to cap off a magical day. I highly recommend asking for Muhammad if you’re planning a trip to Wadi Rum!

There is a lot to see and do in this historic heritage sight and Tamir was a great guide. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and we had 6-7 stops on the journey. Make sure to have a healthy meal and boost your energy for all this exploration.

Like the title says, had an unforgettable time with the jeep tour. If you could, ask for Frhag, he was amazing. Not only did he drove us to all the highlights of Wadi Rum, he also took his time to explain the history and fun trivia facts of each location. And the best part, was when he picked out edible wild plants in the desert and shared it with us. That, was something you don't see everyday. Thank you for the memories of a lifetime Frhag.

Bakhir drove me and my mum around Wadi Rum. He was careful during parking to assist my mum in getting off the jeep. He also guided us and we followed him when climbing sand dunes and rocky hills. He also kindly took our photos.
I was in a rush to drive back to Amman and Bakhir kindly agreed to reduce our jeep tour duration.
I thoroughly enjoyed my jeep tour with Bakhir and I recommend you to book with him as well.

Bakhir was awesome. He took us for full 4 hours to multiple points. He climbed with us to the small arch and even helped kids. He also took nice pictures for us. It was a great experience with sufficient time to spend at each and every spot.

Great experience seeing Wadi Rum. Would recommend for those with families/friends to take this tour. Got to see all around this beautiful landscape which was breathtaking. Wish there was a little more explanation when going to places but overall very good.

This is not a guided tour at all. Tour operator provided a driver who does not speak in English. This is waste of money. We booked this tour with VIATOR as it was a world famous tour company. But experience is terrible. I will not recommend anybody to book with Viator.

You booked a tour with us with a Bedouin guide, showing you the highlights in Wadi Rum, and that is what we provided. Our guides are true Bedouins who grew up in the desert, most of them didn’t go to school but led a nomadic life. Still, from working with tourists they learned how to speak English. All our guides know how to explain the sights, som in perfect English and some in basic English. We gave you an experienced guide. And during the tour the owner Bakhir even visited you to see if everything was going well! Bakhir speaks English very well. He took some pictures with you, had some laughs, and everything seemed to be ok. If you were dissatisfied you could have told Bakhir at that moment. It happens sometimes that the tourists and the guide are not a good match. If you told Bakhir, he could continue the tour with you or arrange another guide. We will do anything to make our tourists happy. But you never told us, even though we visited you during the tour to ensure everything was going well.
