We have just come back from our private tour with Petra Magics. The tour was 2 days, visiting Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea.
Communication from start to finish was excellent, Petra Magics kept us up to date on WhatsApp and even accommodated pick up from a change of hotel with only a couple of days notice. Our driver was Mohamed Hawashin. Mohamed was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us loads of facts during the drive which we loved as we like to understand the country we are visiting and the history. Mohamed made sure that we had plenty of stops for photos opportunities with beautiful views and breaks which we appreciated on the long drives, he also gave us tips for all of our stops and showed us where to go which really took the pressure off us. Mohamed gave us different opinions for our camp in Wadi Rum and helped us with an upgrade to a bubble tent, nothing was too much trouble and he even arranged another trip for us to Jerash and Ajloun castle for the day after with such short notice. Mohamed was very professional and communication was great, he was always on time and made sure to check in on us and made sure everything was ok. We would really recommend choosing this tour, it’s the first private tour we have had and we would choose Petra magic again.
We could see the tourism industry is a lot quieter in Jordan at the moment, the country is beautiful the people are incredibly friendly, if you’re thinking of visiting Jordan do it! You won’t regret it.
