As a solo female traveler, it is important to me to find ways to see different sites where I feel safe. This tour fit the bill. I was able to see various parts of the island and felt safe. In addition, there was just the right amount of time at each location. I didn’t feel rushed or that there was too much time waiting around. It was just right.

Blondell was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the the island. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best. She was able to make a quick stop at a pharmacy and found a store that had cut up pineapple 🍍, so we could try it. I would highly recommend the tour and Blondell.

What a fantastic excursion. Started out rocky because the instructions for meeting our Tour Guide were horrible. Spent about 45 minutes at the meeting location but no Pink Sign with our name. Ended up turning on my phone and we finally got connected. Viator needs to give better information regarding where to meet. That was the end of the negative.
Met Michael in his Cadillac Escalade and off we went. He was a wealth of knowledge. We did circle the whole island and he had knowledge about every community. He was very accommodating with my hubby’s walker. Made sure we had a ramp, etc.

Broke car after 2 nd stop which was less then 50 % of the tour. Very old car and in bad condition. Driver was not able to solve the situation. No support from his office at all. Finally we organized a taxi back to our cruise ship by ourself. Still did not got reimbursed for the taxi fare back to the ship. Anyway a lost day in Antigua with very bad memories. Be careful if you wanna book a trip in Antigua. Your decision. Or let yourself guarantee that they use new cars. This was an axpansivw tour for 2 persons of more than 200 Euros

Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we deeply regret that the vehicle's condition and subsequent breakdown disrupted your day in Antigua. This is not the level of service we strive to provide.
As mentioned before, we had refunded you the amount we would have been paid from the VIATOR site along with the US$40 taxi fare. Total refunded was US$211.60.
We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide a much better experience.

Fantastic tour- i use a mobility scooter and could take it on a private van with my friend. Althea fantastic and took us to the best sites and I could get on and off the van often with her assistance. Time at Nelson's Dockyard was so much fun.
Make sure you get her if you need an accessible excursion in Antigua!!!

My husband and I went on a tour. It was just the two of us and our tour guide. Our guide Vernon was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and personable. We learned a lot. It was a great way to spend the morning seeing the island and getting a taste what was in store for the rest of the trip.

I rated this a 4 and not a 5 because we got off to a bad start. I went to the meeting place and did not see anyone with a sign with my name on it. I then thought I had the wrong place so a security worked in the area steered me about 3 blocks away - indicating that's where the pick-ups wait. Turns out he was wrong - but the part that goes to this rating - it was like Michael was arguing with me and a bit peeved that I was late! Not my fault but he just seemed put off by it - but then things turned around and we had a good excursion.

We had a bit of confusion at the start with where to meet our driver, but once we found him, we had a fantastic time! Cyril was our guide, and he was so kind to my parents, particularly my father who uses a walker. He told us stories of growing up in Antigua, and made sure to point out not just points of interest listed on the tour, but also lesser known points of interest. Cyril also made a point to assist us when a relief break was needed, but he didn't make us feel rushed and he did not shorten our tour to make up time. He delivered us back to the port with plenty of time for us to get back to the ship! I highly recommend this tour for a more personalized experience!

A great tour of the island visiting the main sights including Nelsons Yard, Shirley Heights etc. Our driver, Vernon, was excellent. A really nice, interesting guy who immediately made us feel comfortable. He was also an excellent driver. The only negative was that the tour operator gave us different meeting points so we didn’t find him for half an hour. However, this in no way affected the tour. We recommend Vernon and the tour.

This tour was just as described. Lionel was an excellent and well informed driver and guide. The stop at Nelson's Dockyard should be extended a few minutes in order to view the ships.

Our tour guide was given the wrong pier docking point for us to meet up with him. It ended up with a wasted 30 minutes trying to connect with our driver. Overall it was a nice excursion but left us with little time to spend at the port before having to get back to the ship.

Cyril (sp?) Met us as promised and gave us an informative island wide tour in his GMC Suburban. He was knowledgeable, engaging and funny. I can't stress enough how good this tour was and how our guide was one of the best we have had on our many tours!

We had a bad start which turned out to be a fantastic tour. Our booking said the start time of the tour was 9 a.m, but we could not find anyone at 9 a.m, and after phoning the office, was told the tour time had been changed to 10.30, although we had not received any notification by phone or email. We popped into a few shops and stopped at a cafe, and returned at about 10.15, and waited until 10.30. At 10.30 when I phoned again I was told the driver had been to collect us at 10.10, and because we were not there, they went without us. Eventually Gregory came for us at 11 a.m. Gregory was a delight - a friendly and charming gentleman, very knowledgeable about the island, and gave us a really great private tour for about 4 hours, including stopping for a drink and fresh fruit from a roadside stall. However, we were upset that we had wasted 2 hours of our day, which only gave us a very short time at the beautiful beach, before we had to return to our cruise ship.

We received a tour of the island, but it was a bit awkward as we were the only 2 passengers in the car. You're not in a bus, but your tour guide's personal vehicle. This tour was also really boring. You get out for a few stops, but you don't have much time to enjoy and stretch your legs. I fell asleep for the last hour of the tour. It would have been so much better if we stopped off for lunch, or had the opportunity to visit a beach and grab a drink. I don't feel like I really got to enjoy or experience Antigua.
