It was late starting . The tour guides were two children . No safety talk or hats . No advice provided about what to take / wear .

The ride takes you up to a great view point on very well behaved horses and our knowledgeable guide Dimple pointed out lots of interesting facts.
We then walked down to Hawksbill Bay and splashed in the sea. A lovely way to see the countryside of Antigua away from the madding crowd.
A super way to spend a couple of hours.

Booked and paid for this for New Year’s Eve thinking it would be a nice thing to do, had the email confirming pick up was from the hotel, I waited 20 mins then called the company who confirmed they didn’t pick up from my hotel and I should get a taxi 40 mins across the island which of course I didn’t do and being a solo female traveller! I was so gutted, they told me they’d refund it, haven’t had it yet but it’s only been 24 hours!

However, we would like to clarify that several days prior to the tour, we emailed you to clearly advise that pickup was not included from your hotel and to confirm arrangements. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to that email. On the morning of the tour, you called stating that pickup was included, but as outlined in the booking details, not all hotels fall within our pickup zone. We always encourage guests to carefully review what is included at the time of booking, as this information is clearly stated.
Regarding the refund, as mentioned during our call, it has already been processed. Please note that refunds can take a few business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
We truly value our guests and always aim to communicate clearly and provide great service. We appreciate your understanding and wish you safe and enjoyable travels going forward.

We had an amazing experience. We laughed the whole time. We enjoyed the horses and our tour guides were excellent. They have us instructions and made us feel safe. They reassured us the entire time. We got some great pics and even got to spend a few mins at the beach. It was a beautiful experience. Antigua is wonderful.

We thought we were going horseback riding on the beach. It was a 20 minute ride down the road up and down hills to get to a beach that was about 1000 foot long (5 minutes on beach) down it back then another 20 minutes up the road and back to the stable cars honking the whole way.

I’m sorry that you had a bad experience, the beach is long but also inhabited by the hawksbill hotel so the horses would only go a certain way to avoid any accidents or disturbance with the hotel guests.

The tour guides were amazing. They are every young however very mature and helpful. They are properly trained. The owner ensured we were alright at every stop. Would definitely try this again!

The transportation was additional cost of $80 from hotel. Know your fees before booking. The site could have had some professional signs outside. So it didn’t look like a business nor clean horse was dirty. But the tour guy was nice he offered something to eat. For the cost it should have been included with a drink. Professionalism need to be discussed

What a great experience we both had. We have never smiled and laughed so much, we trotted along the mountains to some amazing views and then down to a beach. The horses were so relaxed as was our guide Joseph.
It was definitely worth every penny and a must if you enjoy a thrilling time.

This was a wonderful excursion! We had so much fun. Joseph was fantastic and took care of our every need and spent time showing us around. We went to the top of a hill for an absolutely stunning overlook of the island. Just beautiful. We also went to the beach where the horses walked in the water and galloped down the beach if you wanted to. My husband wanted an easy ride so he watched me do this instead. The horses were great and knew exactly where to go every step of the way. This trip would be recommended for any skill level and would be enjoyable. If you are thinking about taking this trip I highly recommend it!!! Joseph will take great care of you.

The path that we took with the horses was very nice, we went through town and up to a lookout where we could see a beach down below – very cool photo ops. Then, riding along Hawksbill beach was very cool. The horses are very sweet and well trained. It seemed they were a healthy weight and that the workers care very much about them. I questioned some of the conditions of the horse’s coat, and was assured the horses were in good health and visit the vet. The facilities appeared very run down, and there is no bathroom for guests to use, so go before you arrive! The transportation was an hour late picking us up from our resort, and upon arrival there was no instruction for mounting the horse, or any explanation of what was going to happen. Fine for experienced riders, but scary for newbies. Wouldn’t recommend for first-timers as the paths we took were very steep and could be quite scary (also no helmets were offered, not sure if they had them). It was worth the money, especially as it’s needed to take care of the lovely horses.

This is a small operation, but it’s totally worth it. This was a cruise with seven family members. They picked us up at the port and returned us to the same spot which made things very easy. The ride was interesting and enjoyable since it’s a good 20 minutes away and you get to see more of the island. The horses were great. Some of them have some wear and tear, but are clearly cared for. The guides were awesome. We had Joseph and Ty. They took us to a very high Vista for some awesome pictures, followed by time on the beach. If you like this type of excursion, you will be happy you did it.
