Fannia, our guide, was very kind and knowledgeable. It was a very good tour with a local- juat what we really wanted. She provided some great reataurant and sightseeing recommendations for after the tour as well.

Our guide was a very pleasant lady however she shared the only 3 facts she knew about Annecy. 3 facts in the entire 90 minutes!! When we asked questions (even related to those same facts) she didn’t know the answer. Very disappointed in Viator for recommending this tour.

The tour guide was lovely and knowledgable and the only reason I gave it a 3 star is because of price for what you get .£145 for 1 hour for 3 people is very expensive and for that money I expected to learn a lot more. The tour would be 5 star if the pricing was correct. That price was a small group price too. Wasn’t meant to be a private tour.

Fannia was great from the beginning. Messaging the day before our tour to check in with us. On meeting Fannia, she showed real interest in us and what we had already seen, what our interests were and to let us know this was a tour to see things other than the tourist attractions.
She engaged with us the whole time. We were lucky enough to have ‘The party of the Pig’ on the day of our tour and so we got to experience a really local event, Fannia bought us local foods to experience and enjoy.
She was a really lovely local person to show us the hidden gems of Annecy.

To give a bit of credit to our personal guide, Annecy was packed with tourists. We experienced an accident that could have been avoided by instructions to stay on the carpet rather than the marble stone.
She did take great pictures.

I traveled by Uber (each way) from Geneva to Annecy, went to location no one showed up contacted Viator, they said it was an error in their system. The Uber cost $115 each way, the refunded guided tour amount but I’m out $230 US dollars due to their error

A great introduction to Annecy

Aude is a top notch guide, we were interested in the history of the city and the architecture of Annecy tells it's story through Aude's relaxed guiding style. We extended to 90 minute private and don't feel like any stone was unturned!
