The experience itself was decent, and the tour/activity covered what was promised. However, for the price paid, I expected more.
My main concern was the language barrier — the guide spoke primarily French with limited English proficiency, which made it difficult to fully follow the explanations and get the most out of the tour. If you’re an English-speaking visitor, this may impact your experience.

Regarding the language, I would just like to point out that during your visit, we communicated in both French and English, adapting to each person's needs. Questions asked in French were of course answered in French, and I also took care to express myself in English so that everyone could follow the explanations.
The conversations during the tour were very pleasant and you seemed satisfied at the end of the activity. I regret that the experience did not fully meet your expectations, and I will of course take your comments into account, as providing a quality experience for all our visitors is essential.

The Mobilboard team at the counter was very professional. Our guide Gaspard was particularly good with the way he took us around the route, his narration about our stops was very good and he explained the use of the riding equipment very well. The Mobilboard team also made some adjustments to our ride so that we were more comfortable. Truly appreciable!!🙂🙂🙂👏👏

This was a really fun way to experience Annecy's lakeside parks. I'm 76 and it was easy to get comfortable on the segway. Florian was a good guide.

Takes the brain a few moments to accept what is going on but after a few seconds it is actually quite surprisingly easy. Tour was good as was our guide even with a bit of rain.

Our coach was held up at passport control and we missed our morning Segway slot. The company were really good about it and moved us onto an afternoon slot. Our guide was great and it was so fun to glide along the lakes edge!

My husband and I had never ridden segways before but with a few minutes of practice, we were good to go. Beautiful scenery, a nice guide and a fun, unique way to sightsee! 1 hr was a good length for us.

Très belle expérience, c’était une première mais le guide a su très bien nous expliquer et on a su prendre la main facilement . Un guide génial très joyeux qui rendais vivante la visite .
