Océane is an excellent and patient tour guide who speaks very good English. She is really knowledgeable about the local area. The 1 hour segway tour is highly recommended and you spend much of your time on cycle paths and pedestrian areas, so you feel very safe and isolated from traffic. 5 stars 🌟🌟 🌟🌟🌟
Great trip, lovely scenery. Lara was very helpful and showed us how to use our segways. She kept a good close eye on us.
This was our first time riding a Segway. We were given a fifteen minute training session before our adventure to make sure we were comfortable. Coralie, our guide, took us to locations near the beautiful lake, stopping at various places to inform us of some of the history of Annecy. It was a delightful one hour excursion that was fun and informative. Coralie was a wonderful guide, and we’d recommend this tour to anyone!
Great fun way to see the lake in Annecy and the guide was great, Perfect English and super informative and friendly
The experience itself was decent, and the tour/activity covered what was promised. However, for the price paid, I expected more.
My main concern was the language barrier — the guide spoke primarily French with limited English proficiency, which made it difficult to fully follow the explanations and get the most out of the tour. If you’re an English-speaking visitor, this may impact your experience.

Regarding the language, I would just like to point out that during your visit, we communicated in both French and English, adapting to each person's needs. Questions asked in French were of course answered in French, and I also took care to express myself in English so that everyone could follow the explanations.
The conversations during the tour were very pleasant and you seemed satisfied at the end of the activity. I regret that the experience did not fully meet your expectations, and I will of course take your comments into account, as providing a quality experience for all our visitors is essential.

Excellent tour - well organised, safe and full safety instructions given. Time to practice before leaving. Great guides, both spoke good English.
The Mobilboard team at the counter was very professional. Our guide Gaspard was particularly good with the way he took us around the route, his narration about our stops was very good and he explained the use of the riding equipment very well. The Mobilboard team also made some adjustments to our ride so that we were more comfortable. Truly appreciable!!🙂🙂🙂👏👏
This was a really fun way to experience Annecy's lakeside parks. I'm 76 and it was easy to get comfortable on the segway. Florian was a good guide.
Takes the brain a few moments to accept what is going on but after a few seconds it is actually quite surprisingly easy. Tour was good as was our guide even with a bit of rain.
Our coach was held up at passport control and we missed our morning Segway slot. The company were really good about it and moved us onto an afternoon slot. Our guide was great and it was so fun to glide along the lakes edge!
We had a great time seeing the sights and learning about the city. Andrea was great! Very knowledgeable and funny!

My husband and I had never ridden segways before but with a few minutes of practice, we were good to go. Beautiful scenery, a nice guide and a fun, unique way to sightsee! 1 hr was a good length for us.

Great way to see the city! Guides we’re knowledgeable and kind. The office is conveniently located next to the old town.
Un très bon moment notamment grâce à une jeune mais excellente accompagnatrice que nous souhaitons remercier à nouveau via ce message.
L’association du fun et du ludique nous a permis de passer un très bon moment de détente en famille.
Très belle expérience, c’était une première mais le guide a su très bien nous expliquer et on a su prendre la main facilement . Un guide génial très joyeux qui rendais vivante la visite . On a vraiment apprécié le temps qu’il prenait pour nous raconter l’histoire d’Annecy avec de la joie et de la bonne humeur . Merci beaucoup à Andrea #Team98 🫶🏽
