This was just a transport arrangement and we were not made aware of VIP sitting arrangment. We expected more input from the operator so that we could chose right package for us.

Dear sir, Sorry for the inconvenience! There is no VIP entery/pass is available from any travel agency. VIP pass for wagah border ceremony is only provided by BSF if guest can approach to them. We have not mentioned anywhere for VIP pass and never offer to customers. Thanks Owner Norther Travels

Looting people money and mKing them fool

Viator did not inform that this booking is just a cab booking and the entry in the stadium is totally free. I paid 8000 ruppes just for the cab pick and drop. You can directly go there or if you want a VIP seat then you can register at a BSF camp near border in the morning.

This Wagah border is only for cab booking which takes you there to enjoy the retreat ceremony and come back in the same and there is no VIP entry/pass provided by a travel agent. Customers can directly get VIP passes if have approached BSF It's a customer's choice whether he chooses online booking to get rid of any hassle or book a car from the local taxi stand.
