Amrit was an excellent and informative guide, teaching us much about the Sikh religion and the history of the region. Highlight was a visit to the temple kitchens that prepare meals for 100,000 people per day with the hel of volunteers. Note: to visit inside the heart of the temple typically requires a 4 hour queue, so make special arrangements.
