Triptivo is run by three unprofessional people Ripul Agarwal, Vibhav Mahajan and Akshay Bhasin. They will not provide any information regarding car/guide once the booking is completed and paid for on viator. You will be left in a lurch at the last minute as you will never know if a guide/car will show up or not. We had to book a car/guide at the last minute on our own. It created a lot of anxiety and despair for us. The 5-star reviews are all by their insiders. You will know from the similar sounding language and sentences. Buyer beware.
