Went on a vip spa experience and it was good but the advert and excursion said 3 hours and it was half that time with the transfer. Felt very rushed. The spa was good and me and a friend went but had very different experiences. The scrub you have to pay extra £5 for the actual scrub. Face mask was put on and you have to wash it off. So a good experience but don’t expect a relaxing long spa experience as advertised. Also only got served one drink of water through the whole experience

I booked the v.i.p massage Turkish bath for my daughters and myself. It was a very nice experience, the masseuses were very nice and very caring. I was going to give five stars as an experience, but i felt that i was scammed at the reception because even though we booked the v.i.p treatment he asked us for another 5 euro from each of us for something that already was on the offer.

The massages were incredible.
The place smells of damp and nothing special but the massages and service was amazing! Definitely recommend. The kids had a fish spa and they loved it - good fun. Thumbs up from our family

We had a lovely experience well worth it for the money we was collected from our hotel at the right time we was shoved in a boot but there was seats we the went on to have a lovely massage and even a fish spa

This was a lovely half day experience! We were in Turkey for a week and decided to do this half way through our holiday. We had already had a Turkish bath experience at the spa in our hotel, which was amazing! So very excited to do another so soon afterwards.
The staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time here! Pick up and drop off was easy, and the treatments we had were very relaxing and varied. It’s a quick session and reasonable for the price you pay. But all Turkish Baths are pretty efficient and quick with their times (we went to 3 in one week and they were all pretty speedy with their service apart from the massage time where you get the full time you expect).
The only thing that stops this from being 5 stars is the spa was a bit old and tired. The Hammam table was not heated, and I also had a male masseur, which as a female is a bit uncomfortable when he is asking me to turn over on the bed while topless and no privacy to cover myself. Strange when my boyfriend had a female masseuse. Other than that he was still very good, I just couldn’t fully relax and felt too exposed too many times.
I would go back again if I knew my masseuse was going to be female.

Appauling waste of money, supposed to be a 3 hour experience. Including the 30 minutes travelling to and from the Spa the total time was under 2 hours. We were rushed through the Spa like cattle. We tried to complain at the Spa but suddenly no one could speak any English. Do not waste your money at this Spa!!

Its 3 hours with transfer. We must include transfer duration as well. So you should prepare yourself how long. You request for refund. After you got our service unfortunately there is no refund policy. This is full package of spa. You got all our service and you got half an hour massage. We dont understand what re you complaining. You didnt specify anything? What was it? You didnt get all our service written there? Something was missing? We have lots of good feedback with our spa. We dont understand your situation. Enjoy your holiday.

Excellent pick up and drop off service with amazing spa staff which give the best possible treatment. Would highly recommend for the start of any Turkish holiday!

Allt var bra.Först torrbastu,ångbastu,skrubbning/tvättning på marmorsten,fiskspa,ansiktsmask sedan helkroppsmassage med olja. Man kan även få varma stenar. Tog ca 2,5 timme med transport dit och tillbaka.

Vi skulle bokat 3 timmar VIP TURKISK spa men vi fick bara 1 timme och 35 min hela träningspass då har jag blivit jätte ledsen att det varit inte som det skulle vara
