From start to finish, this experience was incredibly well organized and truly memorable. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome and safe. Everything ran on time, the communication was clear, and even small details were thoughtfully taken care of. I especially appreciated how relaxed the atmosphere was, I would happily do this again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My booking included sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, foam scrub, mud face pack and a 20 min massage. I was taken to the Hanzade Spa in Konalki. Yes, as usual they tried to upsell other packages included being told part way through the massage that the masseur had identified issues which he could work on for 100 euros etc but this is pretty normal here in Turkey and once I'd said no several times that was fine. Massage is pretty gentle but I was happy with that. For under £20 including transport to and from the hotel it's a bargain

Everything was great from the start. Our hotel was not on the list of places of pick up, but contacting the tour operator was successful and we were picked up from our hotel.
The hamam was very nice and relaxing. There were five friends and we all enjoyed it very very much.

the tour operator pressured us so much to increase our massage time, said that what we had paid for on Viator was rubbish!! he wouldn’t start the treatment until we agreed to pay more money, price went up from £32 to over £100!!! I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

There was 9 of us in total 6 adults and 3 children. The sauna, steam room and jacuzzi experience was fine as you spend time in each of these. The Turkish bath experience was good everyone enjoyed the experience. Finally the massage this is where opinions differed. Some had a good 20 minutes massage others didn't as the time was cut short. Towards the end the masseuse calls in the main guy who translates and tell you that you have certain issues and recommends additional massage. This additional sell many people have experienced and you can read in previous reviews too. This last bit was disappointing and if they just focused on providing a good massage at the end for 20 minutes as advertised then I would give the 5 star. Be prepared for the additional sell.

I give this experience a 3/10. It lasted only one hour instead of the two hours promised in the advertisement. The staff didn't smile, kept talking, and tried to sell their products. The massages were horrible.
Amazing experience for a really reasonable price. They will ask you if you'd like to extend the massage for 1 hour which was 40 euro but completely worth it. The car in which they pick you up and drop you off is really fancy too.

My partner and I were supposed to have a relaxing spa experience abroad on our first holiday together. Unfortunately, our first day was ruined. The whole experience was really rushed; they said we could take as long as we liked in the spa, but after just 5 minutes in the jacuzzi, they told us to move on to the next step, and it was the same with the other steps.
Additionally, they initially told us that the massages would be an extra £60, but later they changed the price and accused us of lying, claiming they never said that price. It seems they were choosing different prices for different people and asked everyone where they were from.
To add to the disappointment, we shared a transfer with other people who said they had the same massage and only paid £25 (975 lira), whereas we paid £80. I am so disappointed. I would choose one of the other spas in the app, as I am sure they are a lot better. Also, during the “experimental massage” that was part of the package, they claimed we had lots of issues with our backs and bodies to try to sell us additional treatments

The tour operator is good but the people from the Turkish bath are very rude and inappropriate. They tried force my partner to buy pictures and made fun of her because she refused. Also some creepy old man went inside her room while she was getting a massage and touched her back and told her she have a "perfect body" . This is disgusting and very unprofessional.
Me and my friend loved the experience,we were lucky enough to be the only customers at that time,it was very relaxing.

It was amazing the guy picked us up at our hotel on time. The staff were so helpful & friendly. I had such a lovely experience totally worth the money couldn’t believe what we got for the price. 100% recommend it. Very very good.

We went here expecting it to be segregated between men & women as most turkish baths are. It wasn’t which is fine but when explaining to the guy we don’t want any men there he was rude and not accommodating at all saying things like “i don’t bite” and “we have cameras everywhere” so there was no sense of privacy anywhere. I told him its for religious reasons not because of him, turkey being a majority Muslim country i expected him to be more understanding. After all that the service they gave was not good at all. Would not recommend.

Don’t fall for the photograph SCAM. We agreed to buy 2 pictures then the photographer lied and tried to force us to buy 3. Despite signs stating card payment is available they do not accept card. Constantly trying to add on extra massages. The female Hammam worker was rude and did not do a good job. When we did not buy photographs we were made to wait an extra 30 minutes in the rain for a return transfer whilst the driver sat smoking. Also the towels provided were not clean and smelled musky.
This hamam is definitely worth it, my skin was as soft as a baby after my visit.
You will definitely miss out on a special experience if you do not visit here.

We had a truly lovely experience. From the pick up to the drop off we were taken good care of. Would recommend and if going back would do it all again. The only down fall guys is that music it drives you up the wall.
