Great experience after a long day!

Great owner, picked us up all the way from the Castle, good attitude. Tried a little bit of upselling upon arrival but didn't push at all. We went with what we booked and the experience was AMAZING! The ladies working in there were so jolly and knew how to make you relaxed!

Loved every moment, spa atmosphere was serene and very relaxing. The staff was friendly and made every effort to make you comfortable, though we spoke different languages. My husband and I were in the same rooms throughout treatments which was really nice. I would suggest that instructions on who and what to look for, when being picked up is more clarified. Such as Name of cafe, how to identify your driver, and a direct number if you have concerns. We arrived in Alanya bus ship and at port there are many drivers offering taxis. There are cafes and restaurants along port entrance. We were only told to meet at cafe and driver would pick up.

Don't waste your money on poor business practices

Our Cruiseship cancelled the port in Alayna so we were unable to dock and visit the spa. We've requested an exception to the cancellation policy from the spa and Viator. We were told to wait 48 hours and still no response. The thing is, we booked the night prior and so we would have been a pop up spa appointment. The Spa never CONFIRMED or acknowledged our appointment and our cancellation. A refund should be granted for weather out of our control. I guess the other reviews are correct, they are only out for tourist money and not the experience.

Our first Turkish bath. At first we were apprehensive but the experience was amazing. Luffa rub, bubble massage, regular massage, and face mask treatments were unforgettable.
