It’s a totally doable tour for sure.
The peace the place has, is something that always has been a bit of food for the soul.
To see the iconic Taj Mahal, with a private guide who went at our pace and of course, answered all our questions as well.
Viator had fixed the tour via Markable Tours who have offices in Delhi and Agra.
The Guide we were assigned was Ankur Sharma, who was simply amazing. He has a very easy manner and a very nice way of explaining things. He took us to spots in the Taj Mahal complex which made our trip all the more interesting.
Even though we have been here several times before, we got to learn new and important aspects of this very beautiful monument.
He kept us engaged while giving us the space to take in the place and the beauty of the setting and construction, which is a difficult thing to do, for sure
Even though it is touted as a monument to love, I believe it is a monument built by architects and builders, who were perhaps spiritual sort of persons and cared deeply about building a structure with the right energies.
Seeing it with Ankur Sharma made it all the more enjoyable.

Imran Ali Khan was our tourist guide. he was very professional and well mannered. His English was very clear and articulate. All in one Taj Mahal experience, with knowledgeable guide, skipping the line is beneficial, although not super crowded when we visited.
Overall price is on higher side though for a 2-3 hr activity

Unfortunately, the local tourist partner did not contact me to confirm the details and when I tried to call the local phone number provided, there was no answer.
As a result, I was compelled to book the tickets to Taj Mahal through our hotel.
I’m very disappointed and will be reaching out to Viator to refund the booking charges.

Our visit with Ashnun to Taj mahal was amazing. We got picked up at the hotel and entered the Taj Mahal pretty fast. Ashnun explained all details about the Taj and also took some pictures of us. On the way back to the hotel, we did a stop in a shop where we saw people producing persian this by hand (pretty impressive!). Great experience!
Please note that Taj Mahal does not open on fridays.

It was great and seamless experience. The driver and guide reached on time to pick us up. Guide was friendly with kids too. Do hire a photographer, they are experts in taking perfect pictures. Carry water bottles as it isn’t sold inside and any sort of eatables are prohibited inside.

Meeting place is at Sheena Hotel, no vehicle entry within 500m. If hotel near east gate, do no get the AC car option.
Guide Shane met us early and prompt, was knowledgeable.
Photo could be better, overall pleasant experience.

It was on the buck list and it didn’t disappoint, amazing experience. Our tour guide was great. Reason for the 4 stars is because it was advertised as skip the que but we didn’t get to skip the que.
