Interesting but short and narrow-focussed walking tour

The tour started 45 minutes late (I'd got a message saying sorry the guide will be 30 mins late, and then she was an additional 10-15 minutes late as she couldn't find my Riad - despite me providing the full address). So Nora started a walking tour at 9.45 (note: there was no 'included AC vehicle' involved in the tour). The tour consisted of a wander around the Medina's souks (market places), with one stop at Medersa Ben Youssef (50DH entrance fee) where I was given free time to walk around by myself. During the tour Nora was certainly friendly and gave me an interesting, detailed commentary of the souks. When we arrived back in the main square at 11.30 she pointed me in the direction of the Koutoubia Mosque and said the tour had ended. In summary, although I appreciated being given a personal tour of the Medina, the tour only lasted 1 hour 45 minutes - not the "4 hours 20 minutes (approx)" as in the tour description - so I didn't feel that I found out or visited as much as I'd hoped/expected to.

Great experience, we’ve had a walking tour with a really nice guide called Abdal, he took us through town and gave us a very good explanation about the history of the place. Bahia Palace and the University is paid apart but worth to see as it’s really beautiful.

Guide Abdullah, great! He speaks French, English, German. And the restaurant where he drove us very well too. Herbalism was good too. It was the only positives. For the rest, never again! The pickup bus forgot about us. We contacted Viator because the organization was not responding. We were 3 families in this case. One of them met us squarely on the highway area 2 hours from Agadir. As for us and the other family, they sent a car to pick us up and allow us to reach the bus. The meeting was at 7:30, we left Agadir well after 8:30. Arrival in Marrakech around 12:30. Then walk at the pace, in group, we were more than 30. I won't do it again.
