Rubbish - bus didn't come for us

Absolutely awful. Our guide and transport never turned up. We waited from 6.50am outside the hotel and no one arrived. About 3 other trips to Marrakech were collected from the hotel but all for other companies. We tried contacting the rep through viator 3 times but nothing. We have had no contact from them through WhatsApp or Viator. I have raised a complaint with Viator and am hoping for a refund of over £60. It was the last day we could go as we fly home tomorrow. Really disappointed and definitely don't recommend this trip!!

All day trip worth the money. Driver on time at pick up point. Drop off to your hotel. Abdul is a brilliant guide lots of knowledge and he amaized me by his fluent English, French, Spanish, German
