Awful. The group is too big with different languages. The guide drags you to all different places (that you can’t even enter!) and basically forced us to have lunch at a restaurant. Very little time to actually go to the souk. The transport to get to our bus took forever and we kept having to change mini buses. The drivers and staff were rude. I would personally pay a taxi to take me and the kids to Marrakech and the souk and avoid this!!! Not worth it and I regretted it.

Fabulous guide. A truly wonderful day experiencing the smells and delights of Marrakesh. Driver handled the crazy busy roads with such ease and even controlled the bus when the tyre blew on the way back. The quickest tyre change ever, would give F1 a run for their money!

It's a long day 3 hours travel each way. Market very confined not good if you don't like tight spaces. 7am pick up time but was 7.43 when I was finally picked up was ready to give up by that time

Hello, I don't understand why you rated your experience poorly. 1. As for the long journey, you should know this because it's mentioned in the explanation, so you know it before booking. 2. Regarding the pickup, yes, it's mentioned that pickup starts at 7:00 a.m., but I sent you a WhatsApp message the day before the excursion stating that your hotel is among the last hotels for pickup and that we'll be arriving after 7:30 a.m., and you confirmed the change of departure time, so you have no right to complain about the departure time because you were aware of the time change a day in advance.

Long trip

The trip was a bit long from Agadir around 7-8hours in total. The sightseeing is just 3-4 hours including lunch stop. Bahia palace has entrance fee and when we looked in google what’s inside we thought it’s not worth it. Be prepared to bargain in the market because they make the price twice as it supposedly. Overall, we had a great time though we got body pain for sitting in the bus for long time.

No tour guide

Our driver did not know that we were supposed to have a guide and the driver ended up driving around for 1hr in marrakech “looking for” our guide. We eventually gave up and explored marrakech on our own. The tour company didn’t refund us anything for this and told us “everything went as supposed to”. We strongly advise against booking with this company.

Marrakech, Guide and Transfer

On the day of the trip, as requested, I was at the hotel entrance, waiting for the guide. I believe there was a booking error, or a registration error, as, for some reason, they claimed to have forgotten me. However, for some reason, while they claimed to return to my hotel to pick me up, they got in touch with another guide, also with a planned trip to Marrakech, and he stated that the trip would be with him - and, at a moment previous, we asked if it was and he said it was another agency. We successfully ignored what happened and went traveling. The trip was incredible, and during it, the guide made a point of giving us a historical context, warnings and precautions to take. He welcomed us very well and explained everything about the city and the points we visited. However, he was a little self-centered and rude in certain situations. He is not very open-minded and becomes a little unnecessary with some comments. Otherwise everything went well and the trip was amazing. The city of Marrakech is slightly dangerous, but with a guide, it becomes calmer, because the traders tend not to bother us as much.

We enjoyed our trip and our guide was very informative and made us feel comfortable when visiting the maze of the souk. Our pick-up time was 7am but didn't get collected till 8am, this was the only downside of the day. Apart from that would recommend this trip.

Forget Tui, book this!

We originally booked a marrakech tour with tui and thankfully it got cancelled! Because this one was defintely worth the find! We paid incredibly less than we did for Tui and very impressed with the tour for the price. We were staying in tagazhout and we noticed some other trips you had to pay a bit extra to be picked up from here but not on this one. We had a taxi come get us and then it took us to a coach in agadir where we picked up others. Our tour guide was brilliant and very knowledgeable about marrakech and told us interesting information. We were able to stop and see the goats sitting on the argon trees which was a nice extra! The tour was excellent and the restaurant our guide took us too was lovely, authentic morrocan food. No matter how much time we took he made sure we all had an hour and a half free time to explore the souks which I was very excited about! I definitely want to return to marrakech to explore more!

Nous avons réservé une excursion d'une journée à Marrakech en français d'un groupe de 15 personnes maximum. Tout d'abord, le transport devait venir nous chercher à 7h le matin et il est arrivé à 7h50. Nous étions grandement inquiets! Nous avons contacté la compagnie 2 fois afin de connaître les raisons du retard. Ce n'était pas clair... Quand le transport est arrivé, on constate que c'est un très gros autobus! Loin d'être un maximum de 15! Plutôt 50! On mentionne au guide qu'il est en retard de 50 minutes, mais il ignore la remarque et n'a aucune culpabilité! On arrive à la conclusion que le transport a dû débuter à 7h à prendre des gens dans les hôtels et rendu à nous, il est maintenant dépassé l'heure prévue. Pourquoi ne pas faire un horaire un peu plus précis et nous confirmer la veille l'heure un peu plus exacte? Ça éviterait se désagrément! Dans l'autobus, le guide ne parle que l'anglais. La durée du voyage est de 3 heures (il y a un arrêt de 15 minutes dans une aire de service) et il décrit la région en parlant pendant plus d'une heure. Une dame française lui demande, comme elle a réservé une excursion en français, de ne pas tout répéter en français mais seulement l'horaire et les informations importantes. Il refuse... même s'il parle très bien le français. Plus tard, à mon tour, je lui mentionne que j'ai réservé une excursion en français et que je ne comprends pas pourquoi rien n'est dit en français? J'ai réservé plusieurs fois avec Viator et ce, dans plusieurs pays. Chaque fois que j'ai réservé l'excursion en français ou en anglais, j'ai toujours eu le tout dans la bonne langue. Le guide est plutôt arrogant et me dit qu'il doit parler internationalement, donc en anglais car il y a des gens qui parlent différentes langues. Je me dis alors pourquoi mentionner dans la description de l'excursion le français?!? Une fois à Marrakech, un guide francophone nous attends. Ce guide est gentil et il explique bien. Nous avons des explications de la mosquée et de Marrakech. Ensuite, c'est la souk. Le guide est de connivence avec certains marchands... huile d'argan, foulard, patisserie, etc. Nous n'avions pas de repas inclu dans notre forfait mais nous avons dîné au même restaurant que ceux qui l'avaient d'inclu, le restaurant Le Grand Bazar. C'était très bon! Nous avons pris une bière, un plat de couscous royal et un plat de tangia. Notre retour était prévu pour 20h, mais nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 20h25. Comme nous étions dans les derniers à embarquer le matin, nous avons été dans les premiers à descendre.

L'autobus était très confortable pour faire le long trajet. Une fois sur place nous étions un petit groupe de francophone avec un guide francophone qui connaissait bien l'histoire de la ville. Il a respecté le programme et l'horaire et nous a suggéré un excellent restaurant. Il nous a fait visité le palais et nous a fourni beaucoup d'information. La journée s'est très bien déroulé mais ce fût une très longue journée

Excursion marrakech

L’excursion était très bien , nous sommes parti à 8h du matin pour arrivée à 11h sur marrakech. Le guide akram était très bien, il parle très bien l’arabe, l’anglais et le français. Sur place nous avons eu un autre guide francophone très agréable, il nous a fait visiter le souk de fond en comble et nous a donné des explications sur la mosquée koutoubia. Je recommande cette excursion.
