I booked an ATV Quad tour with Agadir Journey, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. I was picked up on time from my hotel and taken to the location, where our group was warmly welcomed and given clear instructions.
At the beginning, I struggled quite a bit with controlling the quad, and our guide Youssef immediately noticed. He kindly stepped in and offered to ride with me on his quad while guiding me on how to handle it. He sat safely at the back, giving me the confidence and support I needed. I thought this was incredibly considerate of him. Even though we were a little behind the rest of the group, Youssef still made sure I had an amazing experience.
What could have been a challenge turned into one of the best adventures of my life. I was screaming my lungs out from all the adrenaline, it was just insane! The tour felt almost like a private experience because Youssef really took into account that I wasn’t as experienced as the others. That, to me, is true top service.
We explored such stunning spots, sand dunes, the beach, and even a bit of wilderness. There were also plenty of opportunities to stop and take pictures, which made it even more special.
I can’t recommend this tour enough. It was absolutely incredible, and I want to give a big thank you again to Youssef for his patience, kindness, and professionalism. If you’re in Agadir, you must book this tour!

Pick-up location was not well described and without the help of a kind policeman who called them, I’m not sure we would have connected. Plus it’s a very long rough drive to the quads so we had to cut short our quad riding time in the desert in order to not miss our ship’s all aboard time. The time we had was an absolute blast and Mohammed was great using our camera for pictures and videos.

A great few hours on quad bikes trekking along the sand dunes and the beach outside Agadir. The company were great and the bikes were in good condition and helmets were provided. Excellent value for money and a great experience, highly recommended.

Initially we thought the experice was good but the subsequent service we have received has left a very bad taste. My partner became ill after drinking some of the local tea they offer. We were contacted on wattsapp and agreed a 50% refund which never arrived. Every time I chased inwas told it would be 2 days but that never happend and now they just ignore our messages. I would recommend using another tour

Awesome day out! The pick up was smooth. We were kitted out with our googles and helmet before being led to our quad. My 68 Yr old mum was on the back of my quad. They showed us how to work the quad. Off we went at a good pace. The tour guides were good fun and took care of all of us. We stopped about 40 mins into the tour at the beach where we had a little rest and got some photos. Then we headed to the bird sanctuary where we had tea and biscuits before heading back. A small group of us were separated from the main group before headed off on a speedier, more extreme track...so much fun and such good value for money! Awesome, awesome, awesome!

The staff were all very friendly and chatted with us. The Moroccan tea and snacks at the bird centre were delicious and enjoyable. The sand dunes were of course very dusty and you do get dirty from it but the helmet and goggles help shield your face and head a lot. We had great fun and the staff really made it feel safe and enjoyable, I highly recommend

The actual experience was fine but they were supposed to pick us up from our hotel in Taghazout but instead they asked us to get a taxi and come and meet them at a hotel in Agadir or pay them €20 for pick up.

BEWARE!! So cruise ship passengers, I booked on this trip with a 13.30 pick up from the port and they no showed.
We got to port exit at 13.15 (instructions said meet 10 mins before). No one there. A police officer at the port exit call called Agadir Journeys on my behalf and they said they’d already left. We hung on until 13.45, still no one. A taxi driver called them again for us - no answer.
Asked for a refund via Viator, the tour operator refused and said we missed the pickup. They said they waited from 10am to 12pm for us and they had 39 others to pick up who supposedly were collected at 10am and they made wait for 2 hours for us, highly unlikely!
After they accidentally admitted they were at fault by being there at the wrong time and not coming for us at the time we booked we are apparently being refunded.
So can’t say what the trip was like. Might be great, might not. It did look good I must admit.
But for cruise ship passengers I would say this. Once you’ve booked the trip be very specific with them on the chat function to agree an exact pickup time and location. Also when you get to the port it is a commercial port. You will see taxis just outside the ship and you can walk to the port exit in about 5 mins. Just make sure you know 100% where and when as these guys could arrive and leave at any time. They will also try and wriggle out of a refund at any opportunity.

We were picked up for this activity from our hotel and were communicated with prior to our collection time on WhatsApp which was very easy. The driver collected us in a large mini van which also picked up some other guests on route. This was a great way to chat to other tourists in the area and share experiences. When we arrived at the quad biking we were given helmets and goggles and told how to operate the quads. Being driven out into the sand in a line was fun and made sure that nobody got lost on route. It was fantastic being able to drive through the sandy tracks and roads to get to the beach and was really fun for our two children who shared our quad bikes. After this activity we were given refreshments at a locals home and listened to some local music which was really interesting. All in all this was a really fun activity and one which was perfect for our two boys who at 8 and 10 can sometimes be a little challenging to get engaged with some activities.

This has been the most memorable adventure sport during this holiday. I was initially worried that the quad bike wasn't properly aligned. However it took some time getting the hang of the control and then it was all mesmerising. Absolutely brilliant!

It was, without a doubt, the best activity carried out in Agadir. It's totally worth it and the guide was exceptionally friendly and fun. She made us feel very comfortable and told us a lot about the city and the places where we would stop. We had the pleasure of discovering very beautiful places, as well as the Berber musical and gastronomic culture. An experience to repeat!

From the time that we booked the trip, the customer service was excellent. The tour operator was very responsive and picked us up earlier than expected which gave us more time on the tracks. The whole experience itself was incredible, and getting to see the farmlands, the sand dunes and the sea all while riding the quads was amazing. The tour leader was very helpful and patient, and he took our pictures and showed us how to ride the quads with ease. The hut where we had the tea was a really nice addition as it was great to experience some live Moroccan music, and Omar the musician even let us play a song of our own on his guitar.
I would recommend this experience to anybody, and would definitely do it again if I was coming to back to Agadir.

Booked quad biking with this company based on their uploaded photos and reviews. But we were shocked that it was completely different from what they have advertised. We were expecting to ride through golden sand dunes but instead, we were taken to a sand hill full of rubbish and dumped broken cements in front of the beach. Overall not a good experience at all and waste of money. No one should be paying for this kind of experience. We tried to ask the tour operator if he could taken us to nice area of the desert and he said no.
It was just me and my partner that was booked with them yesterday which also makes me think they didn’t give us the service they should’ve because it didn’t matter to them as we were only 2 people in 1 quad bike.
Or maybe no one books with them because they know they give really bad service!!

Would recommend 100%. We drove through trails, on the beach, and on roads, we wasn’t held back when it comes to the speed. The snacks and tea was very nice but the man expects a tip.

It was a bit nerve wracking getting to the area with the ATV's but everyone was very organized and professional and the experience riding to the beach was amazing. They took us to a hut on the beach for a local taste and that also was a nice surprise.

Tenía otra expectativa. El viaje fue a través de camino de tierra con piedras - carretera - 2 segundos arena de playa. Luego paras en un acantilado con la playa de fondo, te haces/hacen fotos y a la vuelta solo descansas 5 minutos te tomas un té y un tipo de galletas.
Los muchachos muy atentos y simpáticos, siempre pendiente de cada uno. No hay queja.
Pero lo que es la actividad dejó mucho que desear, aunque esperaba otra cosa tampoco estuvo del tooodo mal.

Très déçue , le personnel au top , pas de souci la dessus . Mais je n’ai pris aucun plaisir , une cliente ne savait pas conduire donc on a fait la balade à vitesse minimum. Tout un groupe pénalisé pour cela . Même si je n’aime pas les dérapages incontrôlés, mais il y a des limites …. Pas de collation , alors que c’est vendu avec la prestation ??? Dommage pr les jeunes hommes qui sont très sympathiques.

De la prise en charge au retour RAS
Notre chauffeur est arrivé en avance. Nous avons pris sur le trajet un couple et pris la route pendant 45 min jusqu’à notre point de chute. direct on te met une charlotte un casque de moto et des lunettes de protection
Qq consignes en gros l’accélérateur et le frein arrière au pied. Et c’est parti ! Petit tour de piste pr appréhender la bête et hop on prend les chemins de terres et de sable. Paysages assez désertique mais on s’amuse bien et on profite. On va jusqu’à l’océan en passant par une route goudronnée ! Ma vessie me remercie de cette accalmie 😅 de bosses !
La vue au loin est belle (… qq amoncellements de déchets en contre bas c’est tellement dommage). Qq photos et nous voilà reparti. On fait une halte pr le thé à la menthe et qq gâteaux et chants berbères. L’ambiance est bonne on croise d’autres groupes. Pause pipi oblige rudimentaire mais y’a la cabane au fond du jardin 😉
le petit plus pr les femmes qq feuilles de papier toilettes serait appréciable 🫣😁
on reprend la route jusqu’à notre retour.
à l’arrivée dépoussiérage en règle ! un conseil fermez la bouche 🤣
Bref on a passé un très bon moment et l’équipe a été très sympa 😊
