Itinerary

Meet your guide at your Adelaide or Glenelg hotel and settle into your seat for the 1-hour 15-minute drive to the Barossa Valley. Soak up the scenery as you head into the countryside north of Adelaide, pass through pretty stone-brick villages and wind your way through the vineyards.

Discover the region’s winemaking legacy as you visit up to five different wineries, peek behind the scenes and indulge in expert-led cellar door tastings. Along the way, stop at one of the world’s oldest vineyards, which has been growing Shiraz vines since 1843!

Learn about the famous Barossa Valley wines like Shiraz and Riesling, grown in the Eden Valley, and get chance to sample varieties like Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mataro, Semillon and Chardonnay. Finally, tuck into a delicious 2-course lunch accompanied, of course, by a glass of fine Barossa Valley wine.

After a full-day wine-fuelled adventure, return to Adelaide and end your tour with drop-off at your hotel.

We absolutely loved the tour and the beautiful cellars that we visited. Our tour guide told us so much about the history of the area and had a great sense of humour. Lunch was also delicious! Travelling in a smaller group also added to the experience. We had more flexibility of where we wanted to stop on the way back and getting to know everyone was really nice too. We would highly recommend this tour 😄

We had a great time wine tasting in the Barossa Valley with a small group and Danny as our guide. We've done similar tours in other regions and this was a similar experience: get picked up at your hotel, driven by a local guide to a few different wineries, get some local history at the same time. This company caps their groups at 8 people, which is really the perfect number to spend the day with. Make new friends, drink lots of high-quality wine, have a delicious lunch... what else do you need?

Innez was a very knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating tour guide. The tour itself went to absolutely wonderful wineries and the staff there were also fantastic and knowledgeable. The wine tastings showed us through a great range of product. Very happy with this tour and will use the company again.

This was a wonderful tour. Our driver, Danny 2 was so knowledgeable about the area. Really enjoyed the small group as we could pick an additional stop given there was time. Wineries were wonderful and we had a a great lunch too! Highly recommend this tour.

Innez was an awesome tour host and very knowledgeable on the Barossa region and the wineries we visited. A great day out visiting exquisite wineries tasting amazing wines. Chateau Tanunda is beautiful and Rockford was an unexpected treat!

Good commentary, knowledgeable driver, Redhead winery was great, the other two were lacklustre. Perhaps company could book some smaller more interesting vineyards ahead of the day ( especially when it’s a Sunday). Enjoyed cheese tasting and lunch.

A great way to visit Barossa in a small group - never more than ten guests. Our driver, Danny, is also a partner in this small business. Four wineries, a boutique cheese shop and a really nice lunch was included. Very enjoyable day!

We were picked up punctually. Innes had all our details and informed us we were the tour. Very professional that the tour was not cancelled due to too few participants. Excellent tour guide in that she could read our wishes and tailor the tour to our wishes. Based on her seasoned and professional advice we visited three 'cellar doors' plus a cheese experience and a local gourmet lunch. The tour was relaxed and a high level tasting experience for the connaisseur. All three stops came with very good explanations of grape types, methods, terroir, etc. Thanks to Innes for giving us such a good insight into what is real Barossa wine.
