- Go straight to the entrance, but everyone must still go through the security check line, which may have a short wait on busy days.
- Kids under 18 enter for free, but we still need their names when you book.
- We’ll provide free child tickets for them.
- A digital audio guide (online, app, or MP3) will be sent.
- You’ll need to listen on your own phone with headphones.
- Your ticket includes one entry to the Colosseum and one entry to the Roman Forum & Palatine Hill.
- Bring your ticket with you — either printed or on your phone.

Leave at least three hours to full visit and appreciate the Roman Forum and Palantine Hill. You can only enter the Roman Colosseum 15 minutes before your appointed time.
Was given a meeting place that once in the general area, was unclear where I was to meet. Decided to go on my own to the Palentine Hill to enter and start my tour. The Colosseum area was very crowded without much assistance.
Bought the tickets for Colosseum online, booking was confirmed
I received the pdf tickets by email and by WhatsApp.
The service was super fast and smooth. I got my Colosseum ticket easily and received it on time without any hassle. Everything went perfectly, and I’m very satisfied with the service. 100% recommended!

Did not get audio as promised. Also operator was not at location as indicated by Viator. Had to tour on own.

I have booked and pay for 5th October, but suddenly they said it was unavailable and should be changed to 7th or 8th October, we chose 7th October. However last minute they said it was unavailable, so they left us no choice but 8th October. But we could not. So we didn’t go to Colloseum at all.
They said they will refund immediately, but I didn’t get any further information about on how and when

Paid too much for a ordinary coliseum ticket plus a 30 minute mp3 file with text from an old tourist book. Just buy an ordinary colloseum ticket and read the posters or chatgpt it beforehand.

Please note that the digital audio guide provided for the Colosseum is specifically for the Colosseum. A separate audio guide is provided for the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

We loved the self guided tour. It was very crowded and the line to the Palentine Hill was really long. But was worth visiting Palentine Hill and Roman Forum as part of the tour.

Visiting the sit itself was great and we easily got our tickets in advance which made it a simple process to get in but I would not recommend the audio option. It was way too short, lacked relevant information and there was no clarity on when to start the audio when you got in so you just had to guess.

I had to make a call to get the tickets sent - the call was to the Lebanon so can’t imagine how much that’ll cost so really really annoyed. Tickets say 14:00 it was in fact 14:15 do having queued I had to wait an extra time and then had to requeue so very badly organised also it said meeting point but in fact you go directly to the gate- waste of time.

The Colosseum was phenomenal! We were able to access every area without any waiting due to picking the earliest time slot. The reason for 3 stars is due to not receiving our tickets from the seller. We did not receive tickets via WhatsApp or email as expected. We called and messaged but never received a reply. Thankfully morning of we were able to contact Viator who was able to send us our tickets. Just be sure to continually check for your tickets!

Payed for an audio guide tour. doesn't tell you that you have to download an app . And it wouldn't download at the Colosseum so it waste of time at looking at it with no history guide and it was quite boring for a wonder of the world

Unfortunately we were able to attend the Colluseum due to a tragic accident. We received zero communication that an incident occurred and we wouldn't be able to do the tour & didn't find out until we attended.
Tour operator provided no updates until I messaged at which point I was told I would be refunded that 2 days ago & so far nothing. I've followed up & still have been given no information or timeline for my refund.

This is an audio only tour and there was no one there to help us set it up. We had to get a different tour guide from a different company help us. There is no one at the meeting point no instructions as how to start or run the tour or where to go.

I was in awe with the Colosseum and Forum, they were magnificent! As expected it was quite crowded in places, but the one way system works well, with plenty of opportunities for taking photos, having a seat and taking everything in. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because I couldn't lock my phone and put it in my bag to listen, and any time I did it put me back to the beginning. As I use a mobility aid, I really only have one functional hand when moving around so if this could be amended it would be more accessible to everyone. Walking against the crowds to access the lifts was a bit of a task as well, but I recognise this is an important historic venue and with this considered, I was impressed with the accessibility. Unfortunately I didn't manage to take in Palatine Hill, but this was due to my own capabilities. Something to go back for in the future!

Well worth the money includes everything except below ground Colecium tour this is usually booked up and has a guide. The tour didn’t have a guide but I don’t think we needed one it’s well signed.

We were fortunate to have access to our electronic tickets in advance and avoid the hassle of trying to find the ticket vendor on site. The audio guide was okay but in retrospect a guided tour would have been better. Book early for the best options.

This is a must see for anyone visiting Rome. It was busy but not bad and with pre booked tickets we didn't wait long to pass security. Once inside we just sat or walked around and took in the atmosphere which was incredible. I would recommend getting the full experience as this allows you to go up and look down on the arena and there are some pretty impressive relics to see too. There's also a small gift shop and a couple of vending machines.

Important to note, on your own. Which is what I wanted, but got confused by Group Meet Spot. Also delay in time was not relevant, because they let me in.
The audio was good, somewhere I missed the note to bring earbuds but they sell at the adjacent shop.
I liked the independence and smiled every time I saw a group that just made annoying.
