The experience was great! The employees are so nice and helpful, they take the time to make sure everyone is okay and having fun! Lots of great photo opportunities and the price was good! It is a long walk from the port so do be mindful of that if coming from a cruise ship.

What A Blast

O.M.G. WHAT A BLAST. This is my second time doing this tour—once through Carnival and this time with DR. PRIME. 1st. Finding the location for the meet-up is just as they say: super easy. 2nd. Our crew of William, Daniella, Choc-Latè, and driver Willie was phenomenal. We got on the bus; it was clean, and the AC was cold. They started out giving us some history and keeping it lively. Once we got to the excursion location, they streamlined us getting ready and headed up the mountain. Having Choc-Latè with us the whole time helped people relax, and he made sure we were taken care of. At the falls and zipline, we had Franklin as our guide, and he was awesome. My 25-year-old daughter had an ankle injury, and he walked with her, making sure she was sure-footed. Choc-Latè took a ton of photos for us that we were able to purchase. He also helped keep us organized and kept the vibe energetic and fun the whole time. The cruise lines don't allow you to jump in the falls, but booking with DR. PRIME did, and it was so much better than sliding. The provided lunch was SOOOO good. Nothing to complain about there. Willie did a great job from there, giving us answers to our questions and helping us out at the plantation gift shop. All in all, the crew made sure we were safe and back to the port with time to spare so we could continue shopping. It was awesome. I highly recommend it.

Our Damajagua Waterfalls...

Our Damajagua Waterfalls experience was awesome! Airbel was our tour guide, and he was funny, entertaining, and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The waterfalls were beautiful, and the water was incredibly refreshing. We also enjoyed a delicious traditional meal. As a bonus, Airbel kindly took us to see the squirrel monkeys so we could take pictures with them for free, even though we didn't have tickets. I definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Puerto Plata!

We had an incredible experience with this tour. The staff was amazing and everything was perfect. Very organized and professional. They picked us up and dropped us off at the cruise port on time. Awesome experience

This was an awesome experience!!! All the guides were super cool, fun and most of all safe. We had a great time!!! You will get wet, so wear something like a swimsuit. Lastly, I made a mistake on my reservation and Samuel was so accommodating!!! He was responsive and helpful! I would definitely do this excursion again if I return to Dominican Republic!

Perfect Day Exploring

Carlos was energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly! He was also prepared and anticipated our needs. Cold water was automatically given to us throughout the trip. Carlos was an amazing...

Carlos was an amazing tour guide, very nice and knowledgeable. We got caught in an unexpectedly heavy rainstorm and he did his best to still keep the tour going and make it fun and interesting. Would absolutely recommend this tour and if I get back to Puerto Plata I will book with Carlos again to hopefully get a drier version.

He was knowledgeable, very interactive with our family of four, and an overall exceptional person for us to spend time with enjoying the culture, sites, and kindness of Puerto Plata. Great time!!

Great adventure to see areas you never see. There are not a lot of times where you go full throttle in the biggie, but several times to get wet. Visiting the native town was a great experience and the beach was a nice way to end the day. Staff was amazing. They were informative and attentive the whole time. I am a taller guy, they refused to let me stay crammed in the buggy and brought a bigger one out for us to use to make it more enjoyable.
