My husband and I had such a wonderful time on our e-bike tour with Ales. It ended up being one of the highlights of our visit to Interlaken. Ales was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared so much about the area’s history and culture as we rode. The route was spectacular, taking us through beautiful farmland, to impressive castle ruins, and to several breathtaking viewpoints with incredible scenery. Along the way, Ales took photos and even a video of us, which made the experience even more special. I was a little nervous about riding an e-bike at first, but Ales was so patient and encouraging that I quickly felt comfortable and was able to relax and enjoy the ride. Thanks to him, we have wonderful memories and some fantastic pictures to remember our day. If you’re visiting Interlaken, we highly recommend taking this tour with Ales!

This was a very interesting tour. Our guide Cendric was very nice. The 3 hours tour took us all along the most scenic routes including riding along river, along the lake, through the pine forest and across the fields. Cendric gave us lot of information as we rode along. He was very friendly and was made sure each one of us were comfortable and that no one was left behind. This tour is one of the best views to see the beauty of Interlaken and adjacent regions.

Chris Warren wonderful guide

Our family of 4 (all adults) were fortunate enough to have our own private tour with guide Chris Warren. He was wonderful. A retired school teacher, he was so personable, patient, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend you request him if possible! He does other tours as well, and we wish we had more time to book other tours with him.

Such a great way to see more than just the centre of Interlaken. David our guide was excellent, pointing out things and spots you would miss on your own and probably wouldn't even find, no map reading required! The whole ride was relaxed and very enjoyable, seeing countryside, farms, old villages along with insight from David on life around Interlaken. The Electric bike made the ride much easier than I thought it might be. Would definitely recommend this bike tour.

this was a once in a life time experience and I would HIGHLY recommend! it was amazing! Lloyce and Pablo were fabulous and we couldn't have asked for better paragliders to be in tandum with. I appreciate all the direction and pictures of the event. We told them in advance that we tend to get motion sickness and they were great about keeping steady and even when I said, I'm ready to go down to the ground because of that motion sickness, Lloyce accommodated and got me to the ground smoothly without adding to the motion sickness I was experiencing. My daughter came with me and she LOVED it. We felt safe through all of it and both Lloyce and Pablo made sure to answer any questions we had. Definitely wear shoes with good traction, because there is a bit of walking at the beginning to get to the launch point. Thank you so much to both of the tandum paragliders for making the experience so amazing and memorable. I have shown the pictures and videos to everyone because I still can't believe we did it!

An Unforgettable Canyoning Adventure with Rayno!

If you’re on the fence about canyoning, this is your sign to book it — especially if Rayno is your guide. From the first safety briefing to the last rappel, the whole experience was equal parts thrilling and reassuring. Rayno was fantastic. He’s clearly a pro: super knowledgeable about the canyon, patient with first-timers, and had an uncanny ability to know exactly when to crack a joke to calm the nerves before a big jump. He tailored everything to our group’s comfort level, pointed out hidden rock features and little waterfalls you’d totally miss on your own, and made safety feel effortless without ever killing the vibe. The route itself was stunning — crystal-clear pools, natural slides, and a few abseils that gave us all bragging rights. But what made it 5-stars was Rayno’s energy. He’s encouraging, hilarious, and genuinely stoked to share his love for the canyon. We walked away feeling like we’d conquered something epic and made a friend. Can’t recommend this experience — and Rayno — enough. 10/10, would jump off cliffs with him again.

My wife and I did this experience in May. The location was very easy to get to, either from the bus stop or walking (also driving). Since it was still May (40-45F) we were given dry suits and warm socks. Our guide was excellent, and about halfway through we stopped for a short walk for cookies and tea. It lasted about 3 hours. We would absolutely do this activity again!

Don’t skip this one!

This was a great day! Roman had us dialed in and made sure we made it to our trains and buses on time, we had some cloudy weather and he pivoted a little and brought us somewhere that was just the icing on the cake. The guides are excellent — very attentive, patient, and supportive. There is an initial explanation on how to use the sled, and guides accompany and assist throughout the route. In my case, I even twisted my knee, and a guide supported me the entire time. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the guides or their assistance. The concern is about the activity itself. Even with the basic training provided, the sled has no mechanical brake, control depends entirely on technique and coordination, and once the descent starts, it is not possible to stop or turn back — you must continue until the end. In addition, almost the entire route runs alongside a precipice, without continuous safety nets or side protection. This level of risk is not clearly explained before the descent begins. For me, falling, getting a bruise, or minor injuries can be part of a fun activity. This situation is different: it involves a serious risk that requires prior experience. For locals, who are familiar with the activity and have the necessary skills, this may not be an issue. For tourists without prior experience, I would not recommend this activity, despite the excellent guidance provided. This information is essential so visitors can make an informed and safe decision.

We spent the most wonderful day with our private tour guide. We were paired perfectly with Christoph who loved history and geography as much as we did. This private tour gives you all the best experiences of this part of Switzerland (Interlaken,Grindewald, Jungfraujoch etc. You experience train rides, gondola rides that take you above the clouds, glaciers, an ice palace, a snow bar, and of course the Top of Europe. Its a full round trip experience with a personal guide that knows the best routes, stops, and exactly how it all originated. This wasn't just a personal tour...this was an experience! We highly recommend going in the early Fall as the pines are changing colors and its an incredible addition to the snow capped mountains and Glaciers.
