Top Czech Republic Spring Break

On this day trip, you’ll explore the heart of Czech beer culture, starting in Žatec, home of the world-famous Saaz hops. You’ll visit hop fields, learn how hops are grown and harvested, and understand why Czech hops are so highly valued. A traditional lunch with beer tasting is included, and you’ll also enjoy beer along the way as part of the experience. The journey continues to the Pilsner Urquell Brewery, where the first Pilsner was created in 1842. During a guided tour, you’ll explore the historic cellars and taste unfiltered beer straight from a wooden barrel. You’ll also learn about traditional Czech pouring styles — hladinka, šnyt, and mlíko — all accompanied by your local guide throughout the day.
