It was very easy to find the boat as the tour guide communicated before hand. The Paella was great and the views were amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do a dinner cruise.

Erik was a great host for our evening cruise and dinner! While we were the only guests for the evening, and it was too windy to leave the harbor, he showed us around and told about the buildings and area. Nice conversation and very good paella! A very enjoyable evening.

Captain Erik and crew were wonderful! Clear, timely communication before the cruise helped us get to the location easily and on time. We were a group of 7, and our dietary and activity requests were happily accomodated. We had a wonderful time. Paella was delicious--we had chicken Paella and vegetarian. All group members enjoyed this fun, easy, and unique activity. They helped us celebrate one of our group member's birthday. Captain Erik was friendly and fun, and we had a great time. HIghly recommend!

Lovely having traditional Spanish food on a boat at sunset!

Unfortunately there were no toilet facilities onboard but lovely having dinner on the water and a great chance to take some pictures with a sunset. Skipper Erik very friendly, competent and helpful. Paella really tasty too.

Not worth it.. even if you can find it

One day before the event, they changed the time from 7pm to 9pm. This was unacceptable since we had planned other activities based on the SCHEDULED start time. The directions to get there were worse than poor. They said instructions would be sent, but only a useless video was sent. There was no context in where the video was taken from, so we were left to wander around and guess. The map showing the meeting point was accurate, but there was only one secret path to get there, and that path is not shown on Google Maps. The food was adequate, but lukewarm.

This was the worst experience ever there was no one on the boat, but my wife and myself there was no entertainment no music nothing to do. I would not recommend this for anyone at all. They are terrible service. Absolutely want anybody about using this service the guy didn’t talk we floated around in the bay. There was nothing good about this trip.

The boat is small, enough for 12 guests to sit. The seats are bicycle seats. The dinner is purchased on-shore and carried on the boat in a “pizza box”. The captain and crew is the same person. The description of the tour said it included beer, but none was onboard. We were only offered Sangria from a bottle and soft drinks. There was not much sight seeing, the boat left the harbor at a forty-five degree angle to shore and headed out to sea. Shore was at least a mile away and the sights were waves. It was windy so the surface was choppy. Water was splashing in from the front of the boat and 5-6 feet in on the deck. The tour was not what we expected.

This was so poor. Their advert suggested cruise, with dinner and music. The food arrived in a bag. The seats were bicycle saddles and the captain spent his time on his phone. Check our photos. There was a big wind, not his fault, but unsafe. He should have cancelled the trip. He should be honourable and return our money. Hugely disappointing. We asked him to return to starting point after 45 minutes.

Erik was very good at communicating. Very hard to find no one to ask questions, no signage The food was delivered like pizza , was warm not the best. We sat on hard bicycle seats , we were showed where the drinks were in cans, plastic plates and plastic silverware. We had paid $78. each I expected more of a nicer evening with music and at least one server. Don't waste you $$. No sights to see. I very disappointed we had really forward to a nice dinner cruise very disappointing.

Our captain, Erik, communicated clearly where we needed to meet which was very helpful. He took pictures throughout the evening and sent them via WhatsApp, nice addition that wasn’t expected. The sunset was early that evening so we didn’t get many photos, but still enjoyed the trip. The paella was very tasty.

Hard to fully rate as it was a windy & raining day in Valencia. It did not rain our dinner tour and the boat is covered (top only.) Due to the wind, our group opted to stay in the harbor and not go into the open sea. On warm sunny day, this would have exceptional. One thing to note is our boat had bicycle seats…we didn’t have to pedal…but it was not the most comfortable.

There is a short walk from gate to boat. No sign to indicate correct location. No rest room on board. No inside facilities. Very small boat. Bring your own music to connect to boat bluetooth. The food was good, the drinks good, caprain/crew very nice, informative

This was the first bad experience I’ve had with a Viator tour! And I’ve used them for many times. We had a very short ride out to the water where Erik parked the boat waiting for the sunset for like an hour and a half?!?! There was no explanation of anything along the coastline, no ride to the cove, and when one of the passengers asked, he said he didn’t have time?!? The paella was just ok! We didn’t have a lot of time in Valencia, wasted 2 plus hours doing this! Very disappointing, and I’d like to know how I get a refund!

The skipper never even showed up! We spent money on taxis to and from the meeting point. The event never went ahead and we were not informed. It was a complete waste of one of our precious days of our holiday.

There was a severe storm before the trip started. We came and it was raining with lightning and thunder. We could not access the port because of the heavy rain. The service provider was not contacted until 07:19 and the tour was at seven. He spoke to me and told me that he was going to take the walk and that they could thicken me 5 minutes, but I was already in my hotel, because of the storm, far away and I could not get in that time. It made me very irresponsible of you. He told me he was going to charge me anyway, even if he hadn't provided the service. A fraud.
