Set some 56 miles (90km) outside Valencia, the Montanejos Thermal Springs is a place that’s not easy to visit without a car. its a 9-10 hrs all in all. one of the best tour i had so far in all of my travels. Dani our tourguide was so knowledgable, friendly and adaptable. we have a 4 yrs old kid with us and Dani knows how to handle kids and to make them feel comfortable. He always check on us whenever we get silent or if we have questions in our surroundings. smooth ride and nice driver , we didnt get any dizziness (which is always a problem to us) so we enjoyed every part of the tour/trip. would recommend it to my relatives and friends.

Daniel was knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time talking to each member of our group. As he drove he talked about the area we were passing through. He chose a wonderful restaurant for our luncheon meal. He used our cameras to take pictures of us in the beautiful surroundings. By the end of the day we were no longer in a group of strangers. Thanks to Daniel we were companions.

We had a total blast. The tour guide was amazing. He put so much work into making us comfortable and showed some extra stuff that wasn’t on the itinerary. Honesty, the best tour I have ever been on.

Our tour guide was wonderful! Danny was knowledgeable, great story telling skills, friendly and accommodating.
Swimming in the thermal springs was a lot of fun. Danny walked with us on some of the paths around the pools.
El Salto de la Novia was beautiful and we got to meet the family of goats that live on the cliffs.
A day to remember!

Dani is a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I attended as a solo traveler and didn’t feel left out at all. Dani also has everything you could possibly need if you forgot something or didn’t think to bring it. Pro-tip if he offers to take your picture for you, definitely say yes lol

Amazing day trip filled with info and fun activities. A must-do when you want to escape the city centre for a day and enjoy some stunning nature. We arrived before other (bigger) groups and had places all for ourselves. Highly recommend! Worth the money for sure!

Fantastic guided tour, Amir was very knowledgeable and friendly, taking us to some lovely spots and showing us the best spots! The lunch was also well organised and delicious. I do not regularly book tours but this one was a spur of the moment decisions and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. You definitely get your moneys worth, we were gone for 9 hours.

Thoroughly loved it. Our tour guide was awesome. He made sure to engage each and every traveller is enjoying and is taken care of.
For people like me who are not swimmers he carried the necessary items like noodle , swimming shoes , goggles etc.

We had a great time in this trip in the nature. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful. Our guide Daniel defintiely elevated the experience with all his interesting and cool stories about the places we went or just passed by. Had a really nice lunch in a restaurant with a scenic view. Everyone agreed in our friends group that this was one of the highlight in our holiday in Valencia. Highly recommended trip.

Danny was such an amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and had everyone feel included. The places we visited had so much interesting history and it was nice to see how the locals lived in the villages. 100% worth the money and that’s coming from 2 broke backpackers.

the bus broke down and we were stranded for 3 hours so we had only a partial tour yet no offer for a partial refund. Furthermore, the tour operator would not send a new bus right away. We were told that the overheating light was not the real problem and to get back on the bus which we did. Less than half a kilometer away the bus broke down once again and the bus driver was trying to go back to the town and could not turn the bus. We had to get out of the bus in the middle of a highway with incoming traffic. Really was not a safe experience yet not an offer for total or partial refund.

Hello,
I would like to share my thoughts about that trip.
Nicely prepared tour around local mountains. We had a chance to see beautiful waterfalls and try pure underground water of mountains.
We also had a chance to swim in termal pool (if it’s windy day definitely take a big towel)
You can leave things in the mini bus so you will not have to carry all the time your bag.
Love the experience. Great lunch in the restaurant on top of the mountain was a nice touch after a good swim. Danny is a very informative guide and his social skills brought the whole group together. I would recommend to take a part in this wonderful experience no mater if you going on your own or in a company.

Dani was an absolutely amazing guide - it was nice to talk to him and learn things about Spanish culture. Besides, his photographing and filming skills are impressive. If you're travelling alone, you'll appreciate having such a guide. Thanks to him I have a bunch of nice pictures and videos. Speaking of the trip itself - everything was well planned and nature spots were breathtaking. Should mention foods stops as well - beef served in a restaurant of a small mountain village was very tasty and unusually served - this place is a true gem.

This was such an amazing experience! If you are unsure, don’t be! Danny is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. The springs are absolutely breathtaking and the waterfall we hiked to afterwards was so impressive. The whole day left me in awe. Highly recommend doing this!

I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone! Amazing place to visit, water was crystal clear, warm enough and in some areas shallow for children with supervision of course. Amir our tour guide was excellent! Very knowledgeable and patient with everyone, fun to talk to, and made sure we were all comfortable. Even bought us water shoes so we could actually step into the water where there were rocks. After the trip Amir even took the time to recommend other areas in Valencia we should visit. Lunch break was at this great place with amazing views and we also made two additional stops at a waterfall and dam. Overall AMAZING!

Once you've explored the city, this is a fantastic trip into the mountains with time to relax in the thermal springs and around the waterfall. Lunch was lovely in a wonderful setting. Amir was a great guide who make the journey interesting with lots of facts along the way.

We very much enjoyed the thermal springs tour although the springs themselves are not hot springs they where beautiful to swim in and the restraunt was fantastic for lunch we had a lovley group of friendly people to enjoy the tour with and a very excellent tour operator amir who was informative and helpful and very clear 😀 the while tour was brilliant from start to finish we got to see a few sites and take some livley pictures I only added some random pics to not spoil the real beauty

First of all, we booked this tour over a similar one specifically because it said it was for a maximum of 10 people, and we really preferred a small group. We were disappointed to find out on arrival that the group was going to be 18--not sure what happened and never got an answer from our tour guide as to why this was not the small group tour we booked.
The tour itself was good, however, there was a lot of walking up and down hills to get to each site. We took this tour as two families with three tween-agers. A couple of the adults in our group struggled with the amount of uphill walking involved after climbing down to the hot springs, down to the dam, down to the waterfall, and there was also a climb up to the restaurant, and the food was just ok.
All in all, it was a great day out--the hot springs and the waterfall were really refreshing and fun, especially in the August heat. I would do it again, just being prepared for the number of people and the amount of walking.

This was a highly enjoyable trip. Our guide Amir was a super leader who cultivated a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere among the guests from the start. The bus was comfortable and air-conditioned. Amir's anecdotes and commentary was very interesting. The visit to the Springs was fabulous and really relaxing - such a beautiful place! This was followed by a nice lunch in the village of Montanejos and then we went on to visit the quarry and El Salto de la Novia waterfall. I couldn't recommend this trip more. Our group got on very well and I was sad to say goodbye! A super experience. Also, thank you to Danny and Amir for letting me change the day of the trip :)
