Pisa audio guide provlem

The Pizza experience was good however getting the audio recording was very challenging, and I finally received it and it was only on one of the monuments for Pizza and not all four or five of them

Your tickets are sent to your phone (WhatsApp) the morning of your tour, so you don't meet anyone there. You just line up at the Leaning Tower of Pisa entrance for your timed entry, it worked very well for us. We did miss out on the audio guide for the Sinopie Museum for some reason but overall, would recommend

You only get to enter tower and cathedral even it’s clearly states on your voucher that you have an access to the whole complex until you receive your tickets in the morning and realise that it’s not the case.
