We had a wonderful time exploring Parma with Erica! She was a fantastic guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the food and culture of the area.
The walking food tour was a highlight of our trip. We learned so much about Parmigiano Reggiano, ravioli, prosciutto, and the wonderful variety of cured meats that Parma is famous for. The tastings were excellent, and Erica did a great job explaining how the foods are made and what makes them special.
What really made the experience memorable was Erica herself. She made the tour fun, relaxed, and very personal. We never felt rushed, and she shared insights that we would never have discovered on our own.
We highly recommend Erica to anyone visiting Parma. Come hungry—you'll leave with a much greater appreciation for Parma's incredible food and some great memories as well!

It is very interesting, not very long or tiresome walk, nice stops and very interesting information and the guide had chosen very nice businesses. Our guide was Roberta - and we would really recommend to book a tour with her. We met Michele at the given location. She was cheerful, informative and spoke English well. We visited was a quaint lavender shop. Next, we went to a cafe for amazing pastries and beverages. Following that, we sampled deli items that Parma is well known for: prosciutto and wine at a salumi shop. All along the way Michele taught us about the history of the Parma area and the food it calls home. The restaurant, Sorelle Picchi, with the pasta and Parmesan cheese was delectable! Finally, we ended at an award winning gelato place that was once a hat shop! We enjoyed every minute of the tour and highly recommended it to anyone visiting Parma.

You get the tour guide all to your own private party. It was just my husband, myself and Roberta, who was an amazing source of interesting information about the area and all of the food we consumed during our trek around Parma. Soooo much food and all delicious! We never felt rushed and actually went a bit over the 3 hours
