Our guide, Christiana, was wonderful. She was helpful, friendly, articulate and very knowledgeable. The Louvre is so expansive and there is so much to see that we wouldn’t have been able to maximize our time without a guide. We would highly recommend this tour.

Really enjoyed the tour guide and details shared throughout the tour. Very glad we chose a later time to visit, as the museum was closing so we didn’t have to deal with major crowds. Guide was fun, informative and friendly.

Visiting the louvre Musée for the first booking a tour is the way to go. It’s so big having a guide as wonderful as NAZLI (C1789) was the right way to go. The history and story telling was amazing.

Great experience going to the Louvre and seeing the beautiful artwork and statues. We got lucky with such a knowledgeable guide, Anna! She was terrific. Some of the paintings are enormous, and then you see all these people around the Mona Lisa, which is 20x30", so small in its size. But was great to see it. Be advised there is lots of walking, stairs, and standing. But there are a lot of seats and benches along this way which help. There is a rope by the Mona Lisa keeping visitors back about 12' or so. But I had a walking stick with me and Anna was so kind to look out for me. Apparently when you are impaired mobility-wise, you are able to go up to the front around the ropes and view the Mona Lisa. So I was lucky. Note: if you are in wheel chair, have a cane, or other mobility issues, you too can see the Mona Lisa up close.

The instrctions on where to meet were terrible. We could not find our guide. We reached out to the number they provided with no luck. It took 30 minuites to get someone on the phone who told us the guide had the tickets and we were out of luck. Terrible customer service would NEVER use this company againl.

Our tour guide took us to see the 4 great ladies
Venus de Milo, Winged Victory, Lady Liberty & The Mona Lisa.
Lee was our guide and he was gracious and attentive to his tour. I wanted to see the Vermeer works and he gave exact directions for after the tour.
Definitely recommend this to anyone

It was fantastic!!!! The guide was really knowledgable, friendly and went above and beyond in providing history of the art, the artists and context. He shared analogous art and was very accommodating to questions that were fundamental as well as complex. The guide filled in for another guide who fell ill. It was his third tour of the day but showed the exuberance and energy as if it was his first!! I vould not have been more satisfied and pleased. Well worth every cent we paid for the tour. Going in the evening made it great because although it was still a little crowded it was definitely open enough to get close to all the art which were part of the tour. Even the Mona Lisa was not crazy.

The louvre was closed due to the extreme heat and we were notified that it was closed. We have yet to receive our refund. 4 days ago I was told I’d be contacted within 24 hours and have heard nothing more.

We had THE BEST tour with an amazing guide. It was 100 degrees Fahrenheit and our guide was a trooper and kept us in the shade and gave us a great experience through Paris.

Our tickets through Viator said 10:30am, but no one was there to meet us & when I called the tour company on the ticket, I was told the start time had moved to 12:00. Very stressful when we thought we couldn’t find our guide, but once we came back at the new time, all was okay. Our guide, Daniel was very funny and showed us the highlights of the museum very well, although the joke about St. Francis & Jesus was NOT appropriate- maybe he didn’t know that would be offensive to Christians, but I’d leave that one out next time.

Viator gave lousy instructions prior to the tour.
My group of 4 people ran around like crazy trying to find a pre ticket meeting place so we can then meet up with our tour guide. News alert Viator, there is no place and your directions were miserable as well.
If I had not booked my second excursion with you, going for a dinner cruise, which also was a tuff place to find, I would not be booking any excursions in the future.
Obviously, you people have work to do in order to regain my trust.

We had the best experience with Vincent!! So incredibly knowledgeable about art. He has a masters in art history and you could definitely tell he was passionate about it. I would highly recommend this tour especially since it’s a private tour. There is no better way to experience The Louvre!!

Our guide showed us “her” favorites. No direct access to the Mona Lisa. Her narration was good but I feel we could official e this on our own.

The Louvre can be extremely busy, and access to certain artworks, including the Mona Lisa, is often restricted due to crowd control measures put in place by the museum itself.

Be prepared for huge crowds everywhere you go in the Louvre. It took us 45 minutes to get in to the museum and through security. I cannot image what it would be like to visit in July. 9 million visitors a year
