This was a great tour to get the highlights of the Louvre! We learned about the history and saw the Mona Lisa, and the Venus of Mylos statue, and Goddess of Victory statue, among others. Our tour guide, Violet, was amazing! So funny and had so much knowledge, very passionate about her work. Thanks Violet!

Great guide, knowledgeable, kind, fast! Got us around all the highlights efficiently. Gave us ideas for when we went on our own at the end. Went on a Wednesday in August. She said the crowd was light. Great for families with older kids or adults.
I have toured the Louvre 3 other times and this was by far the best tour I have taken. Our guide Antoine was knowledgeable, interesting and accommodating. We were able to truly enjoy the highlights of the Louvre in a relatively uncrowded manner. I would highly recommend Viator to others.
If you want a comprehensive tour this is the one to take Expert tour guide he covered everything in the time that was allocated.

She was energetic and Fun and the tour moved at a good pace despite the crowds.
There is a lot of walking, wear the right shoes. However, it is worth every step. Our guide was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.
The Louvre can be fairly overwhelming with a lot of people there, so having Juan Carlos to assist us with both his humor and expertise was a great experience! We got to see and understand a lot of the larger/more famous pieces, which I appreciated. Juan Carlos also waited a bit past the 10:30 arrival, although we were early just incase. So I would ensure you're on time, I believe each tour guide is different in that instance. Be sure to bring a portable fan as it does get hot in the Louvre.
We had the most awesome guide of our 2 week trip, Nazly was amazing….knowledgeable, vivacious, she was the best!!!! Wonderful tour of the Louvre hitting all the key features.

My only thing I would recommend is a better explanation & visual to find the group. My self & others had difficulty with locating the group.

A guided tour was the best choice for our first visit. With 30,000 visitors on any given day the Louvre can be overwhelming. Our guide was exceptional regarding her knowledge of the history of the site and the exhibits! We never felt rushed and it was a relief that someone else was leading the way. We saw everything we had wanted to see and at the end she pointed us in the direction of one other painting we were hoping to admire.
Very crowded. You need an experienced guide to get you through crowds. Our guide was fabulous. She was extremely knowledgeable. Very kind to everyone and enthused….
Our guide, Christiana, was wonderful. She was helpful, friendly, articulate and very knowledgeable. The Louvre is so expansive and there is so much to see that we wouldn’t have been able to maximize our time without a guide. We would highly recommend this tour.
Really enjoyed the tour guide and details shared throughout the tour. Very glad we chose a later time to visit, as the museum was closing so we didn’t have to deal with major crowds. Guide was fun, informative and friendly.
Visiting the louvre Musée for the first booking a tour is the way to go. It’s so big having a guide as wonderful as NAZLI (C1789) was the right way to go. The history and story telling was amazing.
Great experience going to the Louvre and seeing the beautiful artwork and statues. We got lucky with such a knowledgeable guide, Anna! She was terrific. Some of the paintings are enormous, and then you see all these people around the Mona Lisa, which is 20x30", so small in its size. But was great to see it. Be advised there is lots of walking, stairs, and standing. But there are a lot of seats and benches along this way which help. There is a rope by the Mona Lisa keeping visitors back about 12' or so. But I had a walking stick with me and Anna was so kind to look out for me. Apparently when you are impaired mobility-wise, you are able to go up to the front around the ropes and view the Mona Lisa. So I was lucky. Note: if you are in wheel chair, have a cane, or other mobility issues, you too can see the Mona Lisa up close.
The instrctions on where to meet were terrible. We could not find our guide. We reached out to the number they provided with no luck. It took 30 minuites to get someone on the phone who told us the guide had the tickets and we were out of luck. Terrible customer service would NEVER use this company againl.

Lee was our guide and he was gracious and attentive to his tour. I wanted to see the Vermeer works and he gave exact directions for after the tour.

Night tour. Loved the guide. Highly recommend! Guide was very personable . Would do it again!!!!!!!!
It was fantastic!!!! The guide was really knowledgable, friendly and went above and beyond in providing history of the art, the artists and context. He shared analogous art and was very accommodating to questions that were fundamental as well as complex. The guide filled in for another guide who fell ill. It was his third tour of the day but showed the exuberance and energy as if it was his first!! I vould not have been more satisfied and pleased. Well worth every cent we paid for the tour. Going in the evening made it great because although it was still a little crowded it was definitely open enough to get close to all the art which were part of the tour. Even the Mona Lisa was not crazy.
The louvre was closed due to the extreme heat and we were notified that it was closed. We have yet to receive our refund. 4 days ago I was told I’d be contacted within 24 hours and have heard nothing more.
We had THE BEST tour with an amazing guide. It was 100 degrees Fahrenheit and our guide was a trooper and kept us in the shade and gave us a great experience through Paris.
Would not recommend using this company. They booked a different tour name with a meeting point two miles away, no refund offered.
