- Drinks and knives are not allowed at the Eiffel Tower. Security will ask you to dispose of these
- Items not allowed in the tower include: oversized luggage or bags, climbing or jumping gear (especially bungee jumping and parachutes), publicity materials of any kind, child buggies/strollers that are not foldable, animals, except those required by disabled visitors, glass bottles, drink cans, excessive amount of food or drink
- Latecomers will not be granted entry to the tower or any from of refund even partial.
- Entry is reserved at a specific time slot. Tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded
- Tickets cannot be picked up in advance and alternate meeting points are not possible
- Adult pricing applies to all travelers from 0-99 years old
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your chosen time.
- The meeting point is NOT the Eiffel Tower it is our office There is no alternate meeting point possible
- Not recommended for persons with walking disabilities

Good arrangements, short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Chloe was a very good guide, and got us through two layers of security and into the right place for our tour. She gave good background information, and good advice on how to maximize our time.

For a first time experience in paris and seeing the Eiffel tower it was great. Emmanual was our tour guide, very friendly and informative. Also great photographer haha. 10/10 recommend to a friend

Extremely Disappointing Experience. false advertising as the "tour" was basically a very nice lady who walked us from the tour office to the very long line to enter security and then the Eiffel Tower elevator line. She stopped to speak a few times, but it was very difficult to hear her and the "tour" was basically take us to the 2nd floor and talk for a few minutes and leave us to fend for ourselves. There was a couple in the group who were on a cruise and who had to leave before we even got to the elevators so they would not miss their ship. The timing was not as promised and there was no plan since 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service. Huge expense at around $120 per person for tickets that cost under $40.

Access to the Eiffel Tower can sometimes be affected by operational issues beyond our control, such as elevators being temporarily out of service or unusually long security lines, which can unfortunately lead to longer waiting times. On the day of your visit, 2 of the 4 elevators were indeed out of service, which significantly impacted access times for all visitors.
We would also like to clarify that for Eiffel Tower summit tours, the guided portion includes accompaniment from the meeting point through the entry process and up to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. From there, guests continue independently to the summit, as indicated in the activity description. We regret if this was not as clear as expected during your booking experience.
Regarding pricing, Eiffel Tower ticket prices alone are different from booking through an agency such as Paris TRIP. Our services also include reservation management, timed entry organization, coordination, local support, and guided assistance throughout the beginning of the experience.
We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving both the organization and clarity of our tours in Paris.

If you expect a tour with information, not for you. This is just a ticket to the top level if the official tickets are sold out. No real information provided, just shepherding the group to the security stations. Now the top level was a great view and ultimately if you need a way to the top, this works. Just don’t expect a tour. In fairness, poor to even try and call it a tour, each level is so crowded no real way to do a group tour.

The Eiffel Tower is great. Just not sure why we had to wait to walk to it with a tour guide who went her own was after security. Would have hoped there would have been a bit of history given on the way. Would advise to just order tickets from the website.

1. Guide had excellent knowledge however did not cater to slow walking medically impaired and my wife struggled to keep up with the pace.
There was a situation with the lifts from level 1 to the ground floor and we waited nearly an hour. Tower staff did not seem to know what was going on and crowd handling could be better.

In regards to the pace of the tour, did you indicate this to the tour guide while walking ? They most surely are unware until you say so.
Additionally, tours have strict timings to enter and are not suitable for recommended for persons with walking disabilities. Nevertheless, we always ask our guides to make sure that everyone is comfortable.

Weather was a negative factor. Very cold and rainy, extra strong winds which blew some of us off our feet and our tour only took us up one level as travel to next levels prohibited. This was an expensive tour and we only experienced about one quarter of it.

Booked the summit Tour - guide Louise was phenomenal - covered all the bases in visiting the tower. The start location is a 10m walk from the tower and the staff at the office is very helpful. Note - they have a seating area if you need to wait for your tour.

After trying to book Eiffel Tower tickets on my own, I gave up and went with aviator. I’m glad I did! We met our guide at a local travel office near the Eiffel Tower in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and walked a short distance to the entrance. Our guide explained the history and interesting facts about the ET. Once in, she showed us a wonderful photo spot and took us up 2 elevators where she parted. We bought tickets to the top which was incredible! Viator made it all so easy!

Ekaette was a first rate tour guide! She was cute, funny, knowledgeable and provided us with so much interesting information! Our only regret is that the tower closed early on the day of our visit (which we did not know until we were at the top of the tower) so we did not have enough time to experience the glass floor on Level 1.
