We learned lots of information. Anna was friendly and informative. We enjoyed our tour very much. I highly recommend this tour.
Actually I was not participating in this tour. My friends did the tour and were very happy with the organisation and the guide to the Eiffel Tower.
So glad we had Ysura as our guide. She provided us with great insight into the history of the tower and other French history. She was accommodating and passionate about the tour.
This is a beautiful experience, but it would have been nice to know someone needing mobility assistance cannot ascend to the summit. I would not have paid the extra money. Disappointing
Great tour of the Eiffel Tower for a solo or group traveler. Our guide was very informative & gave us a lot of background about the tower, construction & history, as well as pointed out all of the surrounding hospital sights. Spend the extra money to summit the tower & have a glass of champagne.
The overall experience of visiting the Eiffel Tower was incredible. Our tour guide Mite was knowledgeable and friendly. Our tickets for the lift made the experience easy and enjoyable.
We enjoyed the Eiffel Tower tour. Maria was personable, professional and very knowledgeable about the history of the Tower and I highly recommend booking with her!
It's colder as you get up higher. A guide is wonderfully appreciated! Just to find your way. Food is pricey and slim pickings.

Really great to see Paris from such a height and consider the wonder of the original visitors of 1889. We could pick out our first hotel near Champs-Ellysees and the second in Montmarte.
Giving a three because Denis our guide was knowledgeable and fun and we learned a lot to start with. Not giving more because after first 15 minutes the tour went downhill. Denise our guide did not tell us he was not coming up with us - we saw other guides up top. He gave us tickets, ushered us through gate and disappeared. Everyone in tour was looking for him.
It would have been nice to have been advised that elevators are jam packed. I am not claustrophobic, yet felt trapped. Doors opened on 2nd floor to yet more people. Followed sign to next level to catch summit elevator, loooong lines. Up to top, climbed stairs to top level where you basically had to get in the flow.
So many people with large backpacks. They were advised to carry in elevator, but quickly put back on on 2nd level and summit. Made me feel like the mole in wack-a-mole as I was constantly hit with swinging backpacks. While guide can’t control what happens in the tower it would have been nice to have been given a heads up. Finished and came out by exit 2. No clue. Wish guide would have said - when you come out go to exit 1 or 2. We headed back to where we came in- thought it might be exit 1. Issue because our feet were so sore from standing in line after line after line.
Skip the line only meant your ticket was pre purchased. You were guided to the entry line. It was Friday night and we watched people go in line for tickets and get into tower ahead of us.
Felt like I paid extra for the ticket so someone else could purchase for me. Many people not in our group stood close by and listened for free.
Save your money, view tower from the ground. If you want to experience purchase your ticket yourself.

Ami, our guide met us and put us at ease right away. He was very interesting & had some really good stories about the tower. He kept track of us all & kept us moving through the crowds.

Great tour! Good history. Very cold in November and only a few sweatshirt options. Bring a jacket if you’re coming.
Albert was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide who even took time to point out and explain important landmarks from the second level.
Eiffel Tower tour is a wonderful experience. The guide is extremely knowledgeable and you receive easy, timely entrance . We went to the top and were shown highlights of Paris. Going with a Viator guide is the only way to visit the tower.
We recommend going to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Breathtaking views, as you can imagine. I think we would pass on the group tour next time and just do our own thing. Although you do get some good information, you can just look that up on Google.
Going up to the summit was nice but other than that to the tour was not worth it. The guide was mediocre at best.

It was an amazing experience! Alina our tour guide, I think that’s how you spell her name was amazing and very knowledgeable! She’s great at teaching people about the Eiffel Tower!
Ana was very knowledgeable and made the experience quite fun!! Didn't have wait in line for very long at all. Everything was pre arranged.
The guide for the Eiffel Tower was fantastic. Great communication and very knowledgeable. You then need to go to the cruise desk to arrange your own time for your cruise. Staff there did not have our information. I then had to ring Viator and was issued a new barcode. Overall this was a very good tour however it could have gone more smoothly.
Great experience will never forget . The kids loved it they were 2 16 years old 1 15 yr old and 1 12 year old. They all raved about the experience.
This was a great experience! It was easy to find our tour. Everything was well organized! And our guide, Pablo, was amazing! We learned so much more with him leading the way and it made our experience smooth and seamless. We appreciated his willingness to take photos of our family and answer all our questions! We would highly recommend this experience. And for sure add the summit and river cruise. They were fabulous!
Be prepared for very long lines even with “skip the line” ticket. Also don’t pay extra for the ticket that allows access to the very top if you walk with a cane or have any mobility issues. Even though access is by elevator, they won’t allow you to go up. This was not disclosed and no refund provided. The guide Sankalp was very kind and knowledgeable but the rest of the tour was not good, due to the exceedingly long lines.

We’re sorry for the disappointment regarding the queues and the access to the top. We would like to clarify that our tickets are reserved-entry tickets and do not guarantee skip-the-line access, so queues can still form, particularly during the high season.
We also apologise if the mobility requirements were missed. Our group tours are not suitable for guests with limited mobility, and this information is provided both before booking and again on the voucher under the Important Information section.

Our tour guide, Nini, was fantastic! The Paris heat was too extreme to safely go to the Summit, but the second floor provided a beautiful view at sunset!
The tour can save you waiting in line, although we didn't see much of a line. Our tour guide was very nice, energetic, and knowledgeable. Once we got to the Tower, she took pictures of the tour participants with their friends and family. She described the whole history of the tower and then took the group by elevator to the second level for some more amazing views and pictures.
Excellent trip we thoroughly enjoyed it! Our guide Nina was the best and an excellent photographer. We got some lovely memorable photos.
