From 30th March 26 to 27th September 26, the Night Tour will depart at 9.30pm. From 28th September 26 – onwards, the Night Tour will depart at 8.30pm. From Big Bus Stop #1 (Big Bus Information Center, 11 Av de l'Opéra). We advise you to get to the tour 15 minutes prior to departure.

The views of the city and top tourist spots were amazing! The bus also stopped for awhile at the Eiffel Tower to allow plenty of time to get pictures at night.

I showed up at the starting point indicated on both the face of the ticket and in separate detailed instructions of this tour more than a half hour early and waited. The bus never arrived. It wasn't until I inquired about the status through an online chatbot that also seemed confused about when and where the tour starts. The operator's website indicated that the starting point had been changed effective about 6 weeks ago. I double checked my emails: I did not receive notification of the change which should have included an opportunity to cancel or reschedule. You had my email to send me a confirmation and receipt. Why not use it to send me a critical update?

Was a bit skeptical because of some previous reviews where the bus never showed up but figured I could get the charge removed if that happened.
My experience was actually rather amazing! There were 2 busses queued up and ready when I arrived about 10 mins early. One bus already had the top (open air part) filled- but it appeared no one was sitting on the bottom. They filled the second bus up top and it looked like, where I was in the line, I would end up on the bottom half of the bus - where I’d have to take pics through the window- not ideal. To my surprise they did not force anyone or try to fill the entire bus including the bottom half. From a business standpoint it would make sense because this tour could’ve accommodated everyone with 2 busses. To my complete surprise they pulled up another bus so we would get the top open air seats for amazing pics. All I can say is WOW! I was so impressed and it was a great experience. We ended about 20 mins later than scheduled so keep that in mind. There’s traffic and no way around that. I def recommend seeing the tower at night- it looks amazing and we were stopped right in front when the tower does its (hourly?) twinkling light show. THANK YOU to this company for an exceptional hassle free time and some great memories on my weekend trip to Paris.

How incredibly disappointed we were when our Guide didn’t even show up. We’ve still not heard back from the tour operator to arrange a refund or receive an apology.

Our meeting point location was incorrect. So we had to ask for a refund. It was most disappointing for myself my husband and our companions. We waited online and the bus did not show up because we were in the wrong location which was clearly stated in the emails.

This is a perfect way to see Paris at night. It’s a whole different perspective. The driver slowed down at all the right places for pictures. We were able to stop by the perfect spot to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle ( which I think must happen at the top of the hour). Very memorable experience!

This was the most disappointing experience on our week long trip to Paris. We purchased tickets for the night bus tour months before we arrived in Paris. Our tickets said to start at stop #5. We arrived one hour early. Bus never showed up. Found out after scanning the sign on the post that it was supposed to start at stop #1. There were two other couple with the same tickets as ours that said to start at stop #5. Contacted the Big Bus company to get rebooked or our money back. They contacted us by email and said they could get us on a bus for another 10 euro. We already are out the cost of uber rides to and from the bus
Stop that cost $36. Not paying this company any more money.

Nice clean bus, great narration from the provided headphones.
Unfortunately this is not a hop on hop off as the litterateur provided onboard says. It's 2 hours, longer if bad traffic. Had to get off halfway to use a toilet and get a taxi across Paris. So be prepared!

This was the worst experience ever. They provided 2 different times and pickup, so I confirmed that the time and pickup on my ticket was accurate. Much to my dismay to ensure we were at the right place, at the right time, no Big Bus ever came. Very disappointed as were here only two nights.

Sadly, this was a Viator fail on the same day as another “no show” tour guide. We’ve always had stellar success with Viator, our experience with them in Paris was a 0-2 success rate. The meeting point for the Big Bus Night Tour was changed to another location far from the one indicated on our confirmation. We’d paid for an Uber to reach this location and didn’t learn about the change of meeting points until well after the time of the excursion. Crickets from Viator.

We are still waiting for our money back as all correspondence on this tour had a different meeting address to where we we actually meant to meet and we were not the only ones there were a our 15 people waiting at the address specified..

Very disappointing, after confirming pickup point prior to day and app ticket confirming pickup point, arrived on the day at allocated time to a scrap of paper taped to the bus stop saying pickup would occur at another site 30 minutes walk away.. no time to get across to new point for boarding so we missed out on the tour. Several others in the same situation, so not a one off.

The bus never showed up. We got there at 9.00 as was suggested for 9:15 boarding. We stood there with 20 other people in the cold until 10:10 and no bus. No one from the company there. WE r seniors and. Couldn’t stand any longer. I want a refund or will cancel the charge. Audrey Winograde

We showed up before the tour time and there was no bus in sight that said number five and there were tons of buses in the area. The directions only gave a bus number, not a brand or company and we not super specific. We followed the directions we were given and nothing. I messaged three times and tried to call and no answer.

Take note that starting with 31th March, the Night tour departs from Stop #1 - Louvre-Pyramide / Big Bus Information Centre (11 Av de l'Opéra 75001 Paris) at 9:30 PM. The bus should had our Big Bus Tours name and not a specific number on it. The Paris Night Tour was absolutely worth it! Seeing Paris come alive after dark is a completely different experience—magical, romantic, and unforgettable. The illuminated landmarks, especially Eiffel Tower sparkling at night, made the entire tour feel like a dream.
The pace of the tour was just right, allowing us to take in the beauty of the city without feeling rushed.
Overall, it was a fantastic way to experience Paris from a new perspective, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city

Such a fun night! We were tired, and cold from a long day of walking, but this bus trip was so nice to just sit, relax, enjoy the sites and learn lots of fun facts. We always enjoy these bus tours, and the night one was particularly spectacular with the Eiffel tower lighting up at the end! Magical!

You get to learn a lot about the city and see the major sites. It would be a much better tour with a live person actually talk and that can be asked questions! Saving money by not having a live tour guide on the bus, not a good thing.

Great way to see some lights and highlights of Paris. Manage your expectations, this is a very general tour experience, but great if your looking for photo opportunities. Driving past the Arc was the best view by far.

We were stood up for this tour. After we booked and paid for the Big Bus tour of Paris, the name of your was changed. Next the time was changed and then the meeting place was changed. We were informed of each change through emails which was fine and we acknowledged each change in reply. We arrived at the meeting point early as directed but the bus never showed up. We waited 45 min to no avail. They didn't answer the phone at the number provided. Our group of 4 were very disappointed as this was our last night in Paris. I would not recommend this tour company as they were nothing but a disappointing rip-off. Don't let them take your money!
